mt candalaga

Mt Candalaga in Maragusan Compostela Valley is 7,800 ft above sea level...It is the home of the famous Rafflesia Mira that is about 45-60 cm in diameter....Trek going up is difficult bec i'm not prepared ( not wearing proper hiking shoes) but at the same time exciting...we saw only 1 flower in bloom....After exploring Mt Candalaga we went to see the famous Tagbibinta Falls, it's marvelous and i just can't wait to take a dip...Water is sooo cold and refreshing....it seems like you're having a hydro massage....Overall i enjoyed this unplanned trek to the mountains...Given the chance i will go back again and explore their water falls.
