Visited the winery on March 14th with a WagJag for 4 - very affordable. Lovely tour with Gus! Friendly, knowledgeable & passionate about what he does. Following our tour Daniel was at the tasting bar - again friendly, with a great sense of humour. Loved the whole experience & of course bought some wine to take home, along with some other goodies! If you're going in the cooler months ( like March) be sure to dress warmly - we forgot that part!

Gus was the man! He took us on a fantastic tour of the beautiful winery where we even got to meet the founder, Konzelmann, in person making wine! That was a sight to see. And it wasn't all just beauty on the outside, the wine was magnificent. Literally some of the best we've ever had; taking some back to the States with us it was so good. We recommend this winery to anyone who wants a nice afternoon with friends or a partner. If you do go, try the peach wine! It's a unique twist on the traditional grape wine.

Daniel was our guide and he was amazing. Very informative with a nice touch of humour. Our favourite Ice wine of all the wineries.

Our wine consultant Gus was the perfect guy for the job. He had so much knowledge to share with us about wine, and he made the tour really enjoyable. He also had a great sense of humor and really connected with us. All of the wine tastings were delicious, but the late harvest Vidal was unlike anything I've ever tasted before. Extremely sweet and if you don't like the sweetness level, he'll add in some hot sauce! Overall, very pleased with the tastings and tour.

I took the Sunday tour with Gus and the trainee Nicole and they both did a fantastic job! Gus was both knowledgeable and friendly and made the trip memorable. If I visit again, I will request him ahead of time! The wine that we sampled was delicious and I couldn't resist buying a few bottles for later! Overall, I would highly recommend the tour - it is a great value and the staff is friendly and welcoming!

Gus was very personable and knowledgeable. Highly recommend the peach wine and late harvest Vidal, if you like it sweet.

It was a really great tour and the estate was gorgeous! We could even see Toronto and the CN Tower from across the lake. Our tour guide, Gus, was very knowledgeable and made the tour fun and educational. The wines were delicious, and we learned a few neat tricks. Thanks for the great outing!

Our wine consultant Daniel Numailville gave a great demonstration on the 5 S's of sizing up and enjoying wine. Very interesting pairing of hot sauce with Late harvest wine. WOW!Also a great tour of the facility at Konzelmann.We will be back as regulars.Tom & Ingrid Armbruster - Waterloo, ON

Our second visit in the past 6 months consisted of another enjoyable tasting experience guided by Gus behind the counter. Friendly and knowledgeable, we can't wait to visit again!See you in the summer!!

My boyfriend and I visited this winery and Gus was our guide. This was my first time visiting the Niagara region and I am so happy we chose this winery, as there are many many others in the area. I have visited other wineries for tastings and this was the best one I've visited so far. We were the only ones scheduled for our tour (we went on a Tuesday) which I felt made the experience even more special. Gus was our guide and was super informative and passionate about the wine making process and taught us how to fully enjoy a glass of wine by really using all of our senses! We did the tour and tasting where we sampled a white, red, peach, and late harvest wine and it was only $5 each. You can also sample a glass of ice wine for $4. Overall the experience lasted an hour. Highly recommended Konzelmann!

Today my husband, two close friend and I visited Konzelmann Estate Winery to attend a wine tour that was given to me as a gift from a client. None of us had ever been to this Winery before even though all of us live in the Niagara Region. Upon entering we were warmly greeted by Gus Miranda who was in fact the Wine Consultant who ended up giving us our wine tour. We had the opportunity to tour the storefront shop prior to our tour which was inviting and relaxed. With the weather being one of the coldest days this winter and extremely windy we opted not to go outside to see the grounds and other areas normally included in the tour. We proceeded to the cellar which was all set up with candles and a beautiful cheese & cracker plate. Gus lead us to the table were all the wines we were going to be sampling we awaiting. All four of us were pleasantly surprised that we not only received some history of the Winery but that we also were schooled on the proper ways to hold, taste and enjoy wine to the fullest. We then learned a bit about pairing wine and storing wine in our homes. Gus was very informative but also very friendly making the experience feel like we were at a friends home chatting about wine. As our tour was concluding we were lead to an area were wine is stored in barrels and discussed the types of barrels and process of making wine. I would highly recommend Konzelmann Estates for a tour as it made for a lovely afternoon with good friends. Thank you Gus for educating us hope to see you again.

My boyfriend and I visited Konzelman Estate Winery, and had signed up for a tour of the cellars on a busy valentines day weekend. We were pretty excited since we had never gone behind the scenes of such a place, and I have to say that my expectations were exceeded!We arrived a bit early, sampled a few wines from the tasting area, when we approached and welcomed by Gus - he introduced himself and let us know he would be our guide. We were also delighted to learn that we had somewhat lucked out as we were the only ones signed up for this tour. We ended up having a spectacular tour with Gus - he was wonderful! Friendly, knowledgeable, funny - he not only gave us a lot of information about the process of cultivating wine, but also helped us gain a new appreciation for tasting and enjoying wine. We had a lot of fun, would recommend not only this Winery and tour to others, but also would encourage them to ask specifically for Gus. We will definitely be back with friends and family in the near future and know that we will have a great time. five stars!

I frequently visit Niagara on the lake and the beautiful wineries. This Valentine's Day I brought my wife to Konzelmann Estates Winery and booked the private Rat Cellar Tour. Our tour guide Gus was fantastic. He was very knowledgeable of the history of the family and the wines they produce.He made the experience very enjoyable. I would highly recommend this tour and if possible ask for Gus to be your tour guide.

Beautiful Winery. Take this tour if you can. Try the wines and puchase some of their Awesome Ice wine. The grounds are set on scenic south shore of lake Ontario.
