This is a once in a lifetime experience you must do. Although the actual ride itself is exhilarating, there are a few tricks the staff could learn whilst walking you up to the start position. They should ensure that all members of the paying public are present before they start giving their little talks at each stop. Some people missed out on a lot of what was being said at the start of each chat.

It was really great to be able to watch the athletes practicing!! Maybe we'll do this next time when the kids are older, as they are dying to try skelaton. It was easy to access as well, and we did the tube park on the way.

Bobsled ride at whistler sliding centre...awesome a must do if your in the area plan it early...they don't let you know but 2nd time or luge or skelton is cheaper as part of cost are covered with first time ..good for a year(insurance,tracktime,etc)

Great experience to ride the actual olympic track, fast and bumpy but lots and lots of fun. Well informed, professional and helpful staff make the afternoon very enjoyable.

First time I have ever written a review but I thought I should after having one of the most amazing experiences I have ever had!It was a very spontaneous decision to go on this ride but I am so glad I did. I would definitely recommend it to all thrill seekers!

Really great time bob sledding at the whistler sliding centre! I was super scared to participate but it's very professional and organized, leaving you with no reason to feel unsafe. I loved the fact that they announce the each run and put your stats on the board, making it seem like the real deal. Really awesome to get to ride with some legends from the sport too, and receive a certificate and photo at the end just for kicks! And the speed is unreal!! So much fun! Definitely had to splurge for this one though - way out of my price range!

Did the bobsled run and it was amazing. The briefing beforehand is professional. The run itself is short but intense. Got up to 127kmh! Definitely a must do!

My husband and I did the bobsleigh experience. Wow! I had watched TV presenters go down the bobsled track during Olympic coverage and always thought I would never get the chance. Well, thankfully I was wrong. When I arrived, I didn't realize that our sled would be driven by a professional pilot who actively teaches national teams. How neat is that (and not to mention reassuring on the safety side)! This is one for the bucket list.

You can visit the sliding centre to look around and observe athletes using it for luge, bobsled, and skeleton. Or, you can have a go yourself at the latter two. The bobsled is fast, rough and seingly feels safer. The run I did topped 121km with a professional driver. The more nerve racking to ponder is the skeleton but the thrill of it is mind blowing and you get two goes. Speed is circa 98km and it's just you!

Did a bobsledding slide and it was well done. Staff is very professional and from the begging to the end you have a feel that you are in good hands. Believe me you want that, knowing that you will put in narrow tube and pushed down the slide accelerating to 126+ km/ h. It is a little on expensive side but well worthy if you are looking for really experience. We were taken on women's course due to more ice and fast conditions. It was very powerful G force was working on our body, but with good instructions you know what to do. Professional pilots are taking you down so you sit back and hope for the fastest speed from the group :)

Did the Bob, best fairground ride ever. Expensive but the money we are told goes to the training athletes. Well worth it though, a rare treat.

Our whole family had a great time sliding on the tubes. Even our 3+ year old had lots of fun. I think she got to go more times that any of us, and we took turns going beside her. Grandma and Grandpa, (that would be me and mine) had an exciting and not too strenuous time of it, too. The young adults just slid and slid and slid.......... Try it, you'll like it!

If you're traveling to Whistler, you must try the Bobsled! It's AMAZING! The staff does a great job at calming you down if you're nervous. but its a lifetime experience- must go!

3 per sled and a driver so te four of us got split up. I ended up with a couple from Mississippi who were great. This is the coolest thing I've done in Canada in a long time. Very impressed that they take you not Fe off what the professionals do. G-Forces were nuts. It was so fast. 40 seconds felt like ten and I felt like I was Spock going warp speed.

Wanted to share the excitement with my sliding family by taking photos and watching but the chances to do so were limited but the speed of the activity and the access allowed by the centre. The sliders all loved it.
