门票是$19一人以一个只有45分钟的tour来说,也许有点贵然后又以钟乳石洞穴来说,这也许普通但是我们看到很多很多只glow worms还有他们的蛋真的是很特别的经验洞穴本身是满美的,也不会非常小所以有机会的话还是可以去看看！:)

Nice little cave with good concretions. The guided visit was very interesting, thanks to Brian. He taught us the basic names of the cave objects and after we had to discover the reason of their nicknames (the cauliflower, the turnip, the white carrot,...)

We've been to quite a few caves in Australia and around the world and while this is not the biggest one, the guide's narrative and way of handling the tour made up for it. The glow worms are very interesting to see at the end and there's a tale that a couple of platypuses are making a home somewhere in the underground rivers around the cave - perhaps in the next few months there'll be a family there :) If you are driving past, definitely drop by if you enjoy caves and are not claustrophobic.

Put on a warm coat, sensible shoes and don't miss this tour underground. Try to get John, the ageing hippie as your guide; he's an absolute gem. You'll learn a lot, laugh a lot, get some great photos and enjoy the walk. The caves are in a lovely area to spend time outdoors too.

Went on the first tour of the day at 10am. We were a small group so it was easy to see everything and take photos. The tour guide was very informative and we left with a lot more knowledge of caves. Loved the glow worms!

I enjoyed our visit to Marakoopa caves although our group was probably too large to get the best from it. One of the highlights is when the lights are turned off and you get to really see the glow worms.

The cave has many spectacular formations which were well explained by the knowledgable guide. The glow worms were interesting.A pleasant walk to arrive at the cave entrance. Well worth a visit.

The caves were beautiful and the guide was fun and informative. I loved when he turned off the lights and the ceiling become all starry with glow-worms. The temperature in the caves is 9 degree despite the weather, so bring a jacket with you or you'll catch a cold.

Excellent tour guide, with interesting history of the discovery of the caves, the development of the different formations and the life cycle of the glow worms. Well worth a visit for adults and children.

Limestone caves are usually fun to explore with children and the Marakoopa cave delivered. Our guide, Dave, was both fun and knowledgable. There are glow worms to see when the lights are turned out and a nice little fern walk between the ticket office and the cave entrance. Good activity for a rainy day.

while the caves aren't as big as some of the others I've seen, they were clean and well-preserved. The guide was friendly and very informative. It was a nice way to spend 45 minutes on a hot day as it was chilly in the cave.

If you marvel at this wonderful planet we live on, you must see the caves near mole creek. The are absolutely spectacular. As long as your not clostraphobic , because it does get pretty tight in there,, it is marvelous. Our guide was also fantastic as he was full of interesting little facts. Amazing place.

If you happen to be visiting mole creek area, do visit marakoopa cave . The guided tour of the cave is enlightening and are scheduled conveniently throughout the day. Do plan your visit with the schedule in mind . There are a few guided visit options but I believe all are good. You may select one that suit you. Each guided visit are payable and coming as family is more economic.

We took a tour with Dawn. She was friendly, full of information and extremely patient with our 5 year old, listening to and answering all of his many many questions. It was a lovely drive from Launceston and worth the trip. A lovely afternoon, made even more wonderful by our excellent tour guide Dawn.
