Visited Ilnam Estate Winery for a Sunday lunch and wine tasting and was really pleased that we did! The food was amazing with generous servings and reasonably priced. The outlook and setting from the winery is very pleasant and makes for a very enjoyable dining experience.We tasted all the wines from the cellar door and had a nice chat with the very friendly staff. We enjoyed all of the wines and ended up buying a few bottles to take home. Would highly recommend visiting.

We were staying just down the road and were told about the winery. What a fabulous place. We tried some wines, found one we really liked ( took a bottle with us ) then sat down to a delicious lunch. Both of us being vegetarian was good to see a few options. We had the vegetable patties and my goodness they were divine. Then there is the view, wow. The hospitality was flawless. I would highly recommend a visit.

Love to take my Mum and Dad here for a trip down memory lane. My Dad is 84 and he went to school in Carool. This place has a lovely past. Winery is modern but still has old world charm and gracious hospitality. Food excellent, wine good as well - love the semi sweet white called "Snowy"

My fiance and I have stopped here twice now and loved it both times. I must admit the first time was more out of curiosity than anything else however the wines turned out to be very good. Throw in the great view and tasty food and this little winery is a winner. Definitely worth checking out.

They even have some music here on some Sundays!! This place has a nice view down into the Tweed Valley & out to the ocean. Not real pleasant if the wind is up from the South!! Try the Petit Verdot...Unreal

We were driving around the beautiful countryside today, and saw the sign for the winery, so we followed the signs.wise move! A great welcome from Mark, a great foodie chat, delicious wines (we tasted first) and killer views.hope to make it back soon for a meal.the rogan josh curry sounds Deeelish!

Great wines, fantastic food, awesome views and wonderful people. A must do for all locals and tourists!

We got lost and found this little winery nestled in the Tweed Gold Coast hinterland. Well the food and service was great, wines were a real surprise so we brought a few bottles. The grounds were very well kept and the bonus is that you sit there and look out over a lovely valley with ocean views. Sensational and thanks for a great day out ILNAM.

Bought a scoopon voucher and made our way along a great little scenic drive to the winery. It was an early start so didn't get a chance to eat but the cafe overlooked the hinterland and looked great. The wine tour was thoroughly enjoyable with the owner having a great knowledge and insight into the process. After the tour, we did a tasting with a good range of around 6 or so wines. All of them were great and ended up grabbing some. If you're in the tweed area, thoroughly recommend calling in for lunch and tasting.

My husband and i took his grandmother up to Ilnam Winery for lunch. We loved that the winery and cafe were quaint and not commercialised at all. The view over the green hills and down to Coolangatta on the southern end of the Gold Coast were captivating and relaxing. Our lunch was surprisingly reasonably priced and fresh and was enjoyed with a glass of the vineyard's wine. Ilnam makes a great spot to go for lunch or afternoon tea, if you are visiting (or even live on) the Gold Coast, as it is only about 25 mins drive from Coolangatta and as it makes a refreshing change from the glitz of the Gold Coast.
