Visited the Berry Country Fair, usually held on the first Sunday of the month. I got there at 7.40am and the sales had already started, even though official opening time was 8am. At that time of morning there is also heaps of free car parking on the street still available, or if you wish to park inside the showground, the cost is $3. The variety of stalls was nothing short of amazing! Drinks and food to eat while wandering, fruit and veg, plants, pottery, some antiques and second hand goods, clothing, hand made soaps... leather goods, sweets... and the list goes on and on! Being held around the oval at the Berry Showground, there is heaps of shade on the hottest of days. A great way to spend a few hours and grab something unusual and a bargain or two.
