This was the perfect place for a girly catch up. Friendly bar staff and great food. We ordered 4 entree's to share between 3, and we couldn't finish them as they were so decently sized. Food is fresh and and great combination of ingredients. Decent wine list. The bar is filled with fairy lights and greenery. Will be back again :)
The food (arancini) and grilled cheese (not grilled, just toasted) were blah. A very beautiful courtyard with great music, though.
Style savvy bar and with a handy second bar in a great courtyard area. This bar is local when I'm at my Mum's Northside. Small Bar offers a nice selection of nibbles and decent size main meals, friendly staff and great wine list. It's a relaxing, casual atmosphere and you can settle in easily.
Take a load off and finish the week on a high by grabbing some drinks here after work with your favourite colleagues.
Brewing their own beers amongst others they have, the tasting paddle is the way to Stuart then decide which one suits you. Good nibbles and entrees too
Excellent, 'Small' North Shore Bar! Drinks are great and the 'tasting plate for 2' on a Monday & Tuesday nights is a must have! Wine menu is very nice indeed! Staff are very friendly and will recommend a good wine to you if asked of them. Decor is quite stylish and the courtyard is very nice on a warm summer night. Will be going back to enjoy more of the same form last night :) Definitely a recommended bar for workers & locals alike (*and must visit for wine lovers).
The small exterior hides a lo-o-n g narrow bar branching out into a bigger covered area almost like an indoor pergola where the atmosphere never ceases to amaze and always busy be day time or early/late evening. When in Sydney we always make it our reference point for meeting friends and shooting the breeze, assuming you can make yourselves heard. No, really the place buzzes with the range of bottled beers and excellent wines worth the visit just for their sake.Never let us down yet and always look forward to returning, alas not often enough though.
