This women's collective is an extraordinary gem of history located in a colonial house in the middle of Charala. There are looms from far in the past, to looms that are in use by the women in the collective who spin, color and weave fabric that is made into articles for sale there. This project supports a number of women and their families. There is a small entrance fee.Please make sure to pay it. Many have worked very hard to make this museum a reality. Those of us who visit can show our respect by paying to have a look.
