We stopped here on both days to have lunch. The crepes are fantastic and the service is excellent. It seems the place is good for nightlife, too but we didn't really see that.Definitely a good lunch spot!
I had a couple of the best crepes ever with the chocolate, when you visit Buzios Chez Michou is a stop you can not miss the atmosphere the music and the food.I will return on my next vacation!!!
I simply love it. You can see how they prepare the excellent food they serve. You have a lot of varietty in the toppings for your creppes. Great environment, really chill and happy. Good service. It's a must go in Buzios. It's not expensive for the quality of the food.
Ohhhllaaaaalaaaaa, what a delight. Had the traditional ham and cheese crepe and it delivered. It is a huge portion for an unbeatable price. My friend's order was wrong and they corrected it right away. Hilarious outdoor vibe. An announcer who lets you know when your crepe is up! Fast turn around time so you can enjoy Buzios nightlife of shops and bars! Low key, good eats, chill atmosphere.
This bar-restaurants can be put in one-word crepes all kinds sweet or salty with the different fillings. They are quite big and fills you up quickly with the heat of Buzios. Service is ok maybe the best to sit by the bar. Quick snack or drink you choose.
If you are looking for a perfect service, nice attention and you are used to set a nice table, this is not the place for you.The chez michou is a very unique place in buzios, located at Rua Das Pedras you can see the place from a distance, cause it light the street. Full of people, loud music and the best crepes in town! You must try them at least once! You can make your own combination of crepes, sweet or salty. But before you visit it, you should know that is a kind of auto service, you will pay for your crepe first, and then after a while they will call out your name so you can take your order to your table, by yourself, the same with drinks and beverages. So you must go with a nice attitude and good disposition!Other than that, the Atmosphere is great , everybody looks happy and enjoys their food.It is a convenient place for your wallet too :)
Do not expect the best food, neither the best service and price, but still it has a lot of charm. People of all ages, countries and styles drinking and eating together, watching soccer games, or just listening to music. It is a must go in Buzios.
I didn't feel any taste in my crepe... And the service is awful, there's no waiter and they don't accept credit!
The waiting time is often harmful, specially if you are with lots of friends. The plates are quite expensive but the menu is diverse. One of the best crêpes that I ever tasted.Don't go by night if you don't like crowded places.
The department of health on whatever jurisdiction runs Buzios should have closed that damp loooooong time ago. Dirty floor, dirty bench, dirty sits, dirty menus, dirty toilets, dirty till, dirty waiters, dirty surroundings. DIRTY FOOD! Should I say more?
It is the perfect place to go with friends to drink something, listen to music, dance, and enjoy their delicious panqueques (salty and sweet types). It is right on the main street (Rua da Pedras 50 more or less). Do not miss it.
A bit expensive but very good food. At lunch time is a lot faster to get you order than at nighttime. You must go there if you want to experience an amazing crepe.
Tasty crepes, but I must admit the place is hyped. Also a pretty expensive joint, although in Búzios nothing seems to be cheap...
The restaurant is in a really cool part of Buzios, lots of people and excitement!I ordered a dessert crepe. It was the best dessert I have had in my entire life! I ordered the caramel and banana one. I asked the waiter for chocolate, too. He looked at me like I was absolutely insane. When I got the crepe, I realized that they had given me the full portion of caramel and the full portion of chocolate. It was absolutely delicious, but a little over kill. If you speak portugues, you could ask for half the amount of each maybe. Anyway, I would 100% recommend that you go there! It's a little expensive, but worth every penny!
Chez Michou is a very popular spot on the main street in Buzios ("Rua das Pedras"). It's good for light food, drinks/beers, meeting the younger crowd and to watch live sports. The place is in mostly in open air and usually crowded (at least in season). I have been there on several occasions and it is obvious that this is one of the most popular meeting places apart from the nightclubs. As far as I remember the menu it's mostly crepes (either "salgado"/salty ones or "doce"/sweet ones). The crepes are quite good. The service level as far as I remember quite good, but given that this place is quite popular it's quite crowded during high season which in turn will affect the service level you get from the waiters.
