This place, known as “The little NDK” is the cultural centre of the town. Its particular architecture along with its square adorned with fountains shaped as stairs reminds us of the time it was built.If you are in the town and the time is proper you’ll be able to catch an outdoor concert, some presentation or at least a wedding, but even if you’re not lucky enough to see that, the place itself is worth a visit.
