Gabor is charming, passionate, knowledgeable, and introduced us to some truly exceptional Hungarian wines. The Tasting Table is a beautiful space that provides a convivial and stylish setting for the experience. The home-cooked food was delicious: locally sourced and authentic. This is a must for anyone visiting Budapest, to get a true taste of the rich culinary culture of the city.

We had a wine tasting here as part of a birthday celebration with about 12 friends. The host was gracious and knowledgable, the atmosphere was warm and friendly, the wine was very good, and everyone commented what a unique, fun, and educational experience it was. Highly recommended!

I had a truly amazing experience. Wines were the finest you could get, food was delicious - well prepaired, in generous portions, heartfelt.. made you feel like being in a Hungarian home! And the hosts were absolutely lovely. Looking forward to find someone who could better guide me through this fascinating culture from which I did not know so much before visiting the country, one of the aspects that truly impressed me was the team behind it: you have the possibility of getting a straightforward & charming native experience off Gabor's Magyar perspective, and also an experience with someone who is a conoisseuse & absolute in love with the Hungarian Culture in all its aspects, Carolyn - the latter was born in the US, but I am quite sure her soul came originally from some other past life in Hungary... she understands so much about it, but most of all, she is able to express best all the most important information you will enjoy learning about! Needless to say, I recommend you to pay a visit or to travel around Hungary and get to know its food & wine gems.

I cannot say enough good things about the experience I had at Tasting Table. Gábor has such a passion for wine and this is so evident in the way he leads his tastings. From novice to someone more experienced in wine the Tasting Table is a place for everyone. We were sent here on the recommendation of friends and I am so glad we got the chance to go. The Hungarian wine is wonderful and the atmosphere at Tasting Table is warm, inviting and comfortable. I am a Sommelier and the Tasting Table will be a must for me each time I visit Budapest. Looking forward to going back very soon.

Very cozy place in the heart of Budapest. They have a very good selection of Hungarian wines at affordable prices. But, the most important, they can tell the stories behind every wine that they serve... Definitely a place for #winelover-s.
