there is a path around the lake to provide a respite from the city. lots of smokers sitting on benches watching the day go by. there is an amusement park on one side of the park that is great for kids and teenagers.

Very amazing and big park full of cafés and restaurants, also contains the largest amusement park in Ankara

This park is situated almost in the center of the city with most of the hotels at a walking distance from it you can stroll to it from any direction. It has a number of beautiful springs, which a fascinating view during night. For us the main attraction was the adjacent luna park which is a small amusement park with interesting rides for every one. There is a small entry fee but for every ride the fee is 4 tl and by the time we were coming out we had spent about 150 liras. But it was time and money well spent as we thoroughly enjoyed it.

I visited this place in the morning. It was really a beautiful place to spare some time. All around the lake is full of chairs to enjoy the cool weather and nice view. I shared some Panorama pictures of this park.

Easily reched by bus or metro,3 kms from main centre Kızılay,lots of open air tea houses or underavarage restaurants,20+ machines for all ages

I have been here before with partner and actually i found it quite romantic especially on a summers evening sitting by the lake eating icecream. This time we brought along some family members who were children and they loved it too! There was something for evreyone.

We paid this park a visit during it's off season and there wasn't much going on. I think kids might enjoy its theme park and adults might find the park itself more relaxing.

Gençlik Park is a large space which at the time of my visit was extremely busy. It is a popular place with people relaxing away from the busy city or enjoying the rides in the Luna Amusement Park. There are a lot of restaurants in the park which were not overly expensive considering the location. The park is served by buses and is close to Ulus Metro station and Ankara Gar.

Teddy park with comfortable landscape. Also there was an amazing dancing fountains with visual show after sun set. It was so beautiful.

Great place to walk around and relax in the city centre. You can sit on a bench and read your newspaper. Or you may go to a cafe around the big pool and drink your tea. ıf you come with children, you can visit the amusement park inside the Gençlik Park.

This place is highly recommended for couples and families to gather for relaxation. The scenery with the fountains is beautiful. Outdoor restaurants are pretty good too. If you are fond of amusement park rides, Luna Park is attached to this location. The biggest standout for me was the lightshow during the evening on weekends.

A popular park for strolling around in, avoid the summer when it is just too busy to walk in comfort

As I realised, it is the most popular park all around Ankara. Huge. I have the feeling that during day it looks some sad. However, I strongly suggest visiting it at night. The lighting is excelent, even though the water of fountains should be replaced.

It a very popular park but it s not green enough for me. You can eat there and walk without cars around you but go there only if it happens you stay longer there.
