st. marien-kirche (mariä himmelfahrt)

Late Gothic, dynastic burial place, 1264, 1295 a deed to build the Marian church, on the North-Eastern portal a stone coat of arms from 1384, Stift since 1481, choir next to the Tower (which almost exclusively consists of Windows, pinnacles and grotesques), was donated by Heinrich von Mömlingen in 1419. The "Wertheimer Madonna" from 1325 (entrance holy Spirit Chapel) traditionally proposed as a loving mother. The prayer room still contains frescoes of the altar Mensa and "three Holy maidens" from its construction period, 1846 pulpit, headstones and epitaphs, 1982 organ, early Baroque baptismal font, 1682 crucifix above the altar in the choir arch, late Gothic frescoes in the modern northern ship, vines livery in the choir.
