We visited the Grotta della poesia in end August, and it was still veryvery crowded. No space to put your towel. It is a very picturesque place, but do not expect to find some quiet and relaxing time. People stand in a line to jump of the cliff (so did we, and it was great!). The water is amazing turquoise colour. Worth the visit, but not for a longer period of time. Parking is available just a few meters away on the main road.

Even in August, you can find parking along the street a few minutes walk away, and there are "spots" to set out your towel or chair among the crowd.People seem to naturally get in line to jump off the edge of the pool at one or two particular points, which made sure it wasn't total mayhem. The water is gorgeous and it's a unique place to spend a seaside day, but it really is very rocky, and no so comfortable to lay out. There is only one small beach entry to the ocean, so it's a bit of a swim if you jump off the cliffs, but lots of people enjoyed doing just that.

The pictures look much better than in person I suppose. It's cool but I wouldn't go out of your way to see it nor would I spend a lot of time there. It's rocky and looks flat from a far but up close their were a lot of pool like structures that you were able to swim or dip your feet in. When we went early July in the late afternoon it looked like it was being used for a kids beach. The pictures make it look a lot bigger than it seems. Also there were a lot of fire ants. However on our return we noticed some of our best pictures were taken there.

OMG, when I arrived at the natural pool my breath was taken away by it's beauty. When you stand there and take it all in it is like no other destination you have ever been to. The brilliance of the blue water and the calmness of the pool is so inviting. Traveling early in the morning will get you a parking spot, enjoy.

You can to see this place to believe it - when I first saw the pictures I wasnt sure it was real !It's a perfect spot to tan yourself in the sun, lying on the rocks around the pool. When you feel too hot, just dive in! Simple!The aqua blue is breathtaking and while I haven't done it I believe it's great for snorkelling and exploring the grotto.Very close to the main road, 5 mins walking from the parking, do not miss it!HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

If you are driving around Puglia and want to come across a grotto that you can dive into, then this is it! Breathtakingly beautiful with clear blue waters and snorkelling opportunities. Just make sure you come early to catch a parking spot.

Small Area & Parking is hard to find but well worth the troubles to either jump or swim into a grotta. Water is Aqua blue in the cave, just a breath taking experience. I recommend that if go you do get a good pair of swim shows with a grip cause the algae on rocks when you 1st walk in is very slippery. One other positive is that its no more than 5 minutes from the beach torre dell'Orso where the Due Sorella are which is an amazing beach. I suggest if you stay by grotta that you pack a cooler cause all food places are by the beach and none in that immediate area for quick access but alot by the beach which is 5 min drive ta 15-20 min walk from grotta.

Il paesaggio è magnifico, ci si può tuffare dagli scogli e godersi il mare (anche se è pericoloso) . Più che il mare, mi sono goduta SOLO il panorama. Non soffro di vertigini, ma è stata un'esperienza terribile scendere alla prima insenatura.. ancora più terribile è stata la risalita! Inoltre la spiaggia è sporca e tenuta malissimo, un vero peccato. Siamo a durati pochissimo, è stato disagevole. Tornerei solo per godermi lo spettacolo dall'alto!

Un tuffo qui è davvero d'obbligo se siete in vacanza nelle vicinanze, davvero uno spettacolo della natura a disposizione di tutti!

Credo che questo posto abbracciato dalla storia è veramente unico.. consiglio di fare anche un immersione con ARA o snorkeling perché è veramente entusiasmante vedere i resti di cocci o i manici dei vasi di Roca Vecchia ( mi raccomando non spostate niente)!

Se siete da queste parti dovete per forza fare un salto alla grotta della poesia. Il suo panaroma a strapiombo sul mare toglie il fiato. E' un insieme di piscine del tutto naturali con acqua cristallina. La caratteristica principale sono i tuffi che si possono fare dalla roccia per i più spericolati (munitevi di una buona dose di coraggio) o per chi desidera semplicemente scattare una fotografia non potete assolutamente perdervi questa vista.

Na regiao da puglia ....É um lugar paradisiaco....pequena mas linda....aguas azuis....simplesmente maravilhosa...essa regiao é realmente muito linda.

Uno spettacolo della natura a Roca vecchia sulla strada provinciale 366, una piscina naturale acqua limpida nonostante il grande afflusso di tuffatori. Difficile da dimenticare

Peccato che io non sappia nuotare, sarebbe stato magnifico visitarla a fondo. Ma anche per chi nn.sa nuotare bene c'è da rimanere incantati. Ci siamo stati a giugno e ad agosto due momenti opposti, ma metà perfetta per passare una giornata bella e tranquilla tra l acqua limpida e le meraviglie di quel posto. Non dimenticate le macchinetre fografiche, è impossibile non fare una foto a quello spettacolo

È un posto meraviglioso, lo scenario è veramente particolare. Si può accedere in acqua da un sentiero oppure tuffandosi direttamente dal "buco". Consiglio, però, di visitarlo fuori stagione per poter godere al meglio il posto.
