Small resort but wide slope and a good mix of difficulty for beginner and intermediate skiers/boarders. There's not much to challenge advanced level enthusiasts.Food and drink up on the slopes was cheap for resorts prices and good quality - a pizza and two colas was about £11.There's some excellent tuition available - I would recommend Alpinsport for both but there's a decent choice. The views across the valley were stunning and our longest wait in a queue was only about three minutes behind a group of ski schools, so it didn't break up the day.

My family and I have just come back from Vogel. We are all mixed abilities and the ski centre coped with us all very well. I had instructions every day for 5 days as I was a beginner and by the end I was doing red routes just about. There was plenty to do for my husband who is a good skier. Good food at good prices all in great scenery.if you want an instructor I would recommend rock the instructor I had.

Vogel ski resort was exactly what I was after. There are enough slopes for intermediate snowboarders and the views are amazing. The cable car is not super high-tech but I liked that as it seems to keep the place from becoming too commercial. Nice food and not too expencive! I loved it!

This resort is great for families, beginner and intermediate skiers. There is not too much scope for expert skiers.

Not entering in discussion that this center can not run with the biggest regarding the km of ski slops Vogel is certainly one of most beautiful ski centers in alps. Exceptipnal views on surrounding peaks and ski area in heart of Triglav national park make it unique. Slopes are well maintained, with mostly natural snow and out of schol holyday period is not to croudy. Worth to try. Croudy on weekends and in schol holyday period. Possible to ski also in early spring time- March and April.

So me and my friends spent a whole week here. We were astonished, the view there was breathtaking and the staff was very friendly. The food is very good.

Very friendly staff. Great local food at restaurants. All ranges of slopes except really extreme. Lifts range from new super quad to t-bars, but they have the fast chairs where needed.

Excellent skiing, satisfactory restaurants, friendly staff, in short, a whole deserves 5 plus, we definitely return ...

Wonderful view of the lake and surrounding mountains, great for walks or for skiing, especially for begginers! Weather was also wonderful when we got there. Restaurants are also very nice. Try the cooked white wine.

Suited nervous first time skiers perfectly. No lengthy q's, instructors very patient and professional. Not overcrowded considering time of year. Restaurant food was traditional Slovenian at very good prices. We got a family day pass for 3 days, and were lucky with the weather.

There wasn't much snow when we were there, so we didn't ski, but we did take the tram (gondola) up to the ski area to have a look. It is much more developed than Krvavec where we skied the previous day. It looks like an interesting place to ski with lots of different faces and, when there is enough snow, a very long run from the top of the ski area to the bottom of the tram. The ski rental facility did not look very well equipped and was quite small, so I would want to rent somewhere else or bring my own gear. I would love to come ski here sometime.

This the gorgeous place with the view of Switzerland and the price of Portugal within Europe. What else can you expect? it was very cold on the top, but you could always easily find a place to order a bowl of goulash. Fantastic! 这是一个拥有瑞士的风景和葡萄牙的价格的地方！我只能说，完美！

For perfect view of the lake Bohinj, as people here already mentioned, stay on the platform near the cable car, but if you go for a short walk, you'll have a spectacular view of the mountains around, too. We had also a lunch in a restaurant on top, just next to the entrance/exit of the cable car, and the food is good, maybe a bit salty for my taste. A lot of local dishes to choose from. We were there in September, which was not a skiing season and we did some biking before, so didn't hike around Vögel so much, but the scenery and landscape are really beautiful and worth visit. Price for a return ticket/adult: 13.5 euros

I was in awe when i visit Vogel , it was snowing , chilly and cold , didnt expect anything i had a good Ski it was fun overall , would have a go at it again if i have a chance
