For most of us the process of Champagne making is not new, but with each visit we learn a little bit more. During our tour we experienced the love, passion and joy Romain has with his work which is a joy for your ear and makes the tour very lively. After the tour we were granted the choice of tasting the Champagnes that have our interest. Je confirme que leurs champagnes sont très bons, une grande préférence pour le rosé. Le millisimé est également exceptionnel dans cette gamme de prix. Nous achetons chez eux depuis des années et la qualité est constante, ils sont propriétaires récoltants, gage de qualité. Nous en amenons même en corse pour des amis qui nous en demande et redemande. Très bonne adresse, mes parents étant de la région, je puis vous dire que nous avons essayé plusieurs maisons, mais c'est celle ci que nous retenons...
