I had a good experience as they spoke my language too and guided me with I should do or shouldn't. The questions were well answered,

There never seems to be a line up for this info desk and they have been helpful and friendly. My questions were usually quite perfunctory like needing to know the location of the nearest ATM but they were always easy to check in with.

Asked simple questions and got simple answer, and direction pointing. I didn't feel like she wanted to give me much more...

At 9 a.m. on a Monday the desk was manned by a single employee faced with dozens of anxious travellers. He did his best but what a wait! He needs help!

Os aeroportos fora do Brasil são enormes, cheios de terminais, e é uma ótima ter quem possa agilizar seu deslocamento interno.
