Hi, thanks for your comment, yours kids had good fun here and we are very happy about it. About our staff, we are 43 working on site and 25 of us are dedicated to safety with the proper diploma. I don't know how is it in uk, but in France it's way more than the average. And all of them can speak at least a bit of english, most of them are fluent.About the facilites, we are not alow to have a bar or a snack on site, so it's true that we don't have cofee but we do have cold drinks from our vending machine. The bar and the snack of the campsite are situated 400 m from our reception via a nice walk in the forest.About the toilets, there is no running water, you are right. But it's clean and eco friendly and it's a little bit more than a hole in the ground.I just put some pictures of the toilets on the website to be transparent about it (Parcours-phototèque).I hope to see you again.ArmelDirecteur
