i played this course recently with friends. It was in great condition despite it being winter,they still had "summer" greens in superb condition.after the 2nd hole you are up on a plateau until the 16th and the views of the countryside and the Campsie hills are great.Its also a well drained course surprisingly dry on wet days which are very uncommon in Scotland.I would recommend you try out this very interesting course.

Just back from Kirkintilloch Golf Club,great course the greens were fantastic and the overall condition of the course was very good,we checked in with the golf pro who was very helpful and could not do enough for us,good food & drinks in the clubhouse.We will be back
