We went to this with our young son after reading recommendations in the guest book of the cottage we're staying in. Glad we did as we had a lovely time. The owner and his family were friendly and welcoming and the food well prepared, very tasty and reasonably priced. I'd thoroughly recommend it.

Great food,great service,well worth a visit, very friendly locals.Both the Steak and the steak pie are superb,always a few specials on offer.Washed down with Speckled Hen ale,go give it a try.

Great food,great prices excellent service and the owner is a lovely man .would recommend to any one I went with family and friends and also took my partner can't wait to go back ,I better take the daughter next time .u will enjoy give it a shot
