I had a great ride with friends. As soon as we stepped into the forest, it was an amazing view, like nothing I had ever seen before! The varying terrain and scenery was beautiful, and the sunset was gorgeous. Ferdy and Cristina were very friendly and ensured that our experience was fantastic. As an added bonus, they picked our group up and dropped out group off at our local resort at no extra charge.

The guide (Ferdy) was very knowledgeable and made sure that each person in our group had the best horse for their level of experience. During the ride Ferdy shared historical information as well as talking about the vegetation, mountains, culture and other details you would not get on a typical tour. They picked us up and returned us to the resort at no additional cost. They offered Spanish horses, Arabians, a polo pony and grade horses. We rode through the mountains and countryside, beautiful trip. The cost was very good for the ride offered. Cristina and Ferdy were very friendly and easy to talk with. We have ridden horses in many countries and this couple was the nicest and most patient we have experienced. They are fluent in English if you don't speak Spanish or German. Their horses are well cared for and have a wide variety of personalities. I highly recommend E3, Cristina and Ferdy. Wonderful experience

Firstly I have to say this is the most incredible Holiday experience I have ever had. Ferdy & Cristina are wonderfully inviting, kind & generous hosts whom made sure we were comfortable at all times. The horses were beautifully forward going with no vices, Ferdy is very good at pairing you with your horse. I cried all the way home as I did not want to leave these wonderful people, horses or beautiful place. So safe, so perfect. I cannot gush enough about it and am already looking forward to returning in the Spring. If you're thinking of using them, don't think any further!

I had an amazing time riding Ferdy's lovely horses in such beautiful country side. All the horses are extremely well behaved and a joy to ride. The area is perfect for riding, with loads of long canters and stunning views. Ferdy was excellent at looking after everyone and ensuring that we all had a good time. Such a brilliant combination.The group is small (five plus Ferdy), allowing bonding and/or alone time - whatever is your thing. Evenings casual, all meals included, scenery sublime. Big thank you to Amelia, housekeeper and chef at the Cortijo whose welcome and smile was always there. And of course, Matilda, a large grey donkey, beautiful in her ugliness, a frequent visitor (on her terms!) - also at el Cortijo.Thank you Ferdy and Cristina. Everything was perfect. Thank you to Ferry and Christina for a fantastic time. The horses were fit and well cared for, the accommodation and food superb. It was my first holiday on my own in along time and it exceeded my expecrations on all levels. We had a super group of people who all got on and hopefully will keep in touch and the riding and scenery fantastic, it was lovely to do the faster pace that isn't always possible in England. I highly recommend E3 and hope to go back at some point.

Fantastic Thank you Ferdy and Cristina for your hospitality and the time we spent with you. The 3 day / 2 night ride was so perfect - start with the horses forward going responsive and a joy to ride. Palnero is the fittest horse I have ridden and so responsive to your seat. The long trots and canters you just can't get in the uk & the views breathtaking. Staying at the castle in Castella de la Frontera amazing the views, the room with the four poster bed and the balcony & arriving on horseback! We made some good friends on the holiday & hope to stay in touch Thank you

Horsemanship and E3 just does not get any better - an unparalled riding holiday. The horses are so forward going with great temperaments to suit all levels of rider. We set out every day on a new trail, enjoying long canters in the stunning scenery of the national park, with an abundance of wildlife - herds of deer, cattle, wild boar and horses, not to mention the birdlife and fauna. Feeling at one with nature and soaking up the glorious scenery made the experience truly unique. I cannot wait to ride again with Ferdy and E3 in Andalusia.

Are you looking for a close encounter with horses and nature the way it's meant to be? Then your search is over! E3 is the perfect place for riders on all levels - everyone from my 8-year-old daughter who only wants a slow walk on the road to groups of friends looking for an active afternoon and highly experienced riders. The instructor Ferdy has without fail provided us with horses that match our skills and carefully explained what we need to know at our own level. The place itself is also a well-hidden gem, very secluded and beautiful. If you're lucky you can stumble upon mufflon sheep, some wild calves, birds of prey or cheeky wild horses, but very rarely other humans. This is one of few places where you know the horses are having just as good a time as you are - don't miss the sight of them cantering off into freedom after the hack, only to return next day, eager to set out on another unforgettable hack. Highly recommended and I can't wait to be back!

My friend and I regularly go to E3 for horse riding and absolutely love it, whether we go on our own or with a group of friends. The horses are brilliant, well kept and you know that every time the horse you get will be suitable for your level of experience and you will feel safe at all times. The horses' well-being always comes first at E3 and sadly, that is not always the case in Spain... Ferdy is a brilliant instructor who not only teaches the techniques of horse riding but shares knowledge about the whole experience of being around, riding and knowing horses. All this in the most stunning surroundings where the only ones you are likely to run into are deer, boar and goats, which is why a hack with E3 is the best relaxation! I would recommend E3 to anyone and can't wait for my next visit.

Dear Ferdi, thank you so much for your professional approach when my daughter came to your place. The 2 hours hack through the beautiful countryside of Andalusia, left an unforgettable impression. The horses are all looking very well and taken care off. The atmosphere was super and she will come back soon! Beautiful countryside to hack through with fantastic views of the sea and mountains. Horses were perfect for our standard of riding. Ferdy is a great teacher and guide and obviously knows all the most beautiful locations in this area. Seeing deer and other animals made it special for all of us. Would recommend for all age groups. Repeated alone and in group and enjoyed every time.

I Highly Recommend E3 in fact I am SO Impressed with E3, the horses, people & locations, that we are moving to Alcaidesa from Holland so I can learn Endurance Riding with E3 E3 offers the Best Riding I have found on Costa del Sol after over a Year of searching, I have happily stayed at the rural retreat Finca Alcaidesa & luxurious San Roque Club, but its the quality of the Riding that makes E3 the Best I have Found

Ferdy's knowledge of the area knows no limits, the horses are all safe and easy going. My faith in Ferdy is endless to know he will keep me safe.

Spending great day with the sunrise on a horse back.Ferdy took us to the top of the surronding hills. The views, especialy of the mountains and the huge and close Gibraltar Rock gived us great and positive expierience. Staing at Finca la Alcaidesa, You `re fare from the everyday problems. And close the doors for a night. Crazy donkeys are everywhere:)
