You do not realise the size of the place until you go in. After being a resident of Granada for 5 months I though it was time to try cover the whole place in a day but we couldnt! You can go back the day after on the same ticket, bonus. The butterfly sanctuary is great and interactive, we saw butterflies coming out of their cocoons as well as the fish etc. The Mummy displays is graphic to say the least and genuinely fascinating with well thought out lighting. Some of the other areas seem a little dates but are still interesting all the same. My friends saw the Hawk display the day after we went but I didnt have time to go back yet I still felt like it was good value for money, Helpful staff and a good atmosphere along with a good coffee in the cafe, no complaints!

We have been visiting the science park each year for the past 7 or 8 years. There is always something new to see although the mummies' exhibition on currently isn't for the screamish! There is something for all ages, it's fairly easy to find and parking is available beneath the park. We visited last Friday afternoon and we were practically the only people there! All the exhibits are labelled in Spanish and English and the staff speak English too.

Check the temporary exhibitions beforehand, but in any case, the content of the museum is interesting for the whole family. Very well organised, with activities (I think only in Spanish, not sure about other languages) for everybody. You need at least half a day. Get out to the center (10 minutes drive, or unexpensive taxi) to get lunch, and come back if you haven´t seen everything. If you and your kids love learning, this is the place!!!. Also excellent place if it is summer and very hot!!

I really liked the museum. U need several hours to visit it properly. The 3 first hours of the parking cost u 1 euro, but u will have to pay more. U can have food inside in a small café, there are menu of the day, not really good, but it´s just fine. Some attractions are closed before others, so u might be attentive to this fact.

Excellent expositions, better reserve half of the day to visit this place. There is a huge variety of topics and much to be learnt. Also quite close to other interesting places, though it is a bit tricky getting to there by bus on the first time.

Definitely a fun and interactive museum. I really enjoyed the mummy exhibit. It was fascinating with so much to see. There is a lot of hands on activities which I enjoyed. The museum is catered towards children but is very interesting for adults alike and very informative. I felt as if being here brought out my inner child because I couldn't stop pushing all the buttons and playing with all the fun activities! :) My suggestion before going is to definitely look at the times and plan accordingly because many of the exhibits were closed while I was there so I didn't get to see as much as I hoped. Enjoy!

Probably the best science museum I've been at in Spain. Staff are wellEducated, friendly, and helpful. A lot of activities for children as well. A must see if you visit Granada.

We payed 6.5 euros and it was worth every cent. There more than 6 activities and exibitions. We passed almost all the day and very exciting and fun. I can suggest especially if you have kids. Lots of activities for kids.

Situated 2 kilometres southwest from the pedestrianized centre of Granada, the science park offers a break from the high culture offerings that Granada has in abundance. It also provides an attraction for children (and adults) that is not a theme park. The exhibits are educational and interactive. Not all then work, but the majority do. They'll keep you, your children and your engineer friends occupied for the whole day, if you allow them. As well as the usual, educational, mathematical and science exhibits, you have an observation tower, a butterfly park, and a bird of prey show. The taxidermy area, whilst impressive, seemed a little dated and out of place. We even had a 2 hour interactive "learn to bake" session where we made our own rolls using commercial techniques. It is all mainly in Spanish but that wasn't really a problem. The cafeteria offer cheap and hearty meals, rather than haute cuisine. The science park was not something that we had planned to do in advance but ended up being one of our best days out of the year.

I've been several times to see different exhibitions here and am never bored by the place. The latest exhibition I saw was 'Momias'. A very well presented and thought out display of mummies from around the world. The park is popular with school parties and families as there are a lot of interactive displays but that said there is much for the adult to enjoy. Bring you own food as the cafe is expensive and the food in general horrible. The tower is only open certain times of the day so check first, Monday is the usual closed day though they do usually open 10-3 on a Monday if it also happens to be a holiday day. You pay extra for the Planetarium and if you've used the nearby car park you get a discount on parking.
