We were there last Sep 2014. My children enjoyed most of the rides and the waiting time is not dreadful like other theme parks. We managed to catch some good live shows and I even had my bumper car rides few times!Public toilets so far so good, kept clean most of the times. Could have been more choices of restaurants but we had our "fastfood" kinda meals as in most theme parks... can't complain.

Very good organisation on park, beautiful city Madrid, visiting Santiago Bernabeo, Royal Palace and center of city, very good...

Despite some of the bad reviews about the theme park, I found Parque Warner is one of the most exciting theme park I have ever visited. When we visited there, the parque warner were full with small children and families. So, the rides for adult has almost no queue, which is great for us. The three roller coasters were absolutely fantastic: Coaster Express, La Fuga Batman, and Superman. Those three roller coasters offer different thrills and excitement, but all of them are superb!! Another great ride that worth to try is The Revenge of Engima, which is the 4th tallest drop tower in the world. For those incredible rides, the price is relatively cheap, compared to Disneyland for example. However, the service is a bit poor and can be improved. The entrance staff are slow. The restaurants are always full and very crowded and the price is ridiciulously expensive. The most practical and economical way to go there is to book in advance on the website. They provide a package with includes the bus from the city center directly to Parque Warner. I highly recommend to book the meal package online (with 50% discount and you can skip the queue). Unfortunately, the theme park web because they don't provide the english menu and somehow my card was rejected for the payment. Without the direct bus, you have to change with train and bus and on the journey you will feel like in the middle of nowhere. The return bus to the train station is also filled up pretty quickly, so make sure you spare extra time to go the bus stop. Still, Parque Warner is definitely an unforgettable theme park filled with rides for andrenaline junkie!

The place is not worth it at all. The prices are very high considering Port Aventura in Tarragona has more rights and better attractions. The roller coasters are fun but the cues are extremely large to ride something that does not even wake your adrenaline up :)

We went to Warner park in a nice spring day. Our kids were ansious about playing the attractions and the cartoon characters. Nothing of that. Neverending lines even for the worse attractions. Extremely expensive drinks and bad food. Finally, bad tempered assistants. Be careful before going with your kids to this unfriendly place.

Took the kids with a healthy packed lunch. Our bags were searched at the gate, and we were NOT ALLOWED TO ENTER UNLESS WE THREW OUR FOOD AWAY !They have a policy that you are only allowed to eat food bought bought inside the park. The FOOD IN THE PARK IS RUBBISH AND EXTREMELY OVERPRICED.Please don't take your children here until they change this policy.

I visited Parque Warner on my first time to Madrid. It didn't disappoint! The park is well laid out and the rides are not too far from each other. We both said that the biggest surprise was the huge wooden framed roller coaster in the Old West styled area. It took us all day to eventually get on this coaster due to mechanical breakdown, but oh boy was it worth it!The Superman was my next favourite with its speed and twists and turns keeping me guessing as to which way was up or down? All the rides were great fun but you must go and watch the Police Academy stunt show! It is a little slow to start but there was some fantastic driving skills on show that kept wowing the crowds. My only grumble about the whole day was the shambles that was the ordering and collection system they have in a burger restaurant in the Batman area. It took nearly 40 minutes to get to the front of the queue then after placing your order on a touch screen, you need to then queue up again in a line with the same letter as the machine you placed your order on. This wasn't obvious to me so, being only human, I picked the shortest queue and found out I had to change queues after another 35 minutes by which time I was well and truly fed up!If company's like McDonalds can get your order out in under 5 minutes then surely this ordering system is not working for them. Don't let this put you off visiting the park though because it is a great day out!

I have never been to a theme park that well built it actually looks like authentic American Warner Park the attractions were great and the staff very friendly and shows were quite good too all in all a must visit.

Took the kids for the day and they loved it so it served its purpose but you can see it's a little tired now and needs money spent on it. Food and drink were fairly priced. Not to bad queue lenght but we went after main holiday season.

1. There is no bus that can take you from Madrid to the park directly. You have to take the train to Pinto and then a very crowded bus or a taxi for 20 euros. Or the park's bus from Madrid that costs 40 euros!!2. No one speaks English! Even the map they give you it's in Spanish.3. The Food in the park is awful and very expensiveNow for the good part: Is really big, has many attractions and can please every different age. From toddlers to grown ups!

Madrid in the height of Summer. Very hot. This theme park was incredibly fun and had pleasantly to see and do for all tastes in rides, games and amusements. Make sure you have a spare top in your bag because you can get wet on some rides. Take plenty of water and preferably a picnic because as always in theme parks the food is very high priced. There are some really good rides and the best are by far the water ones. There are rides available for all ages and cafes, restaurants, arcades and shops to visit as well as the rides. The cost to get in is expensive but not out of the ordinary for a theme park. A really good idea as a treat for the kids. The best ages are between 7-14 to really get the best out of it.Have Fun!

Since it was my 2nd visit at the Warner Park, I did not repeat the last time´s mistake and rented a car to get there... Those do not rent a car and base on the train to Pinto than Bus 413 might find not enough space at the bus back to PInto which will lead them to take a taxi ...The park is quite far from Madrid, around 45 minutes drive, parking fee for the car is 8 EURO per day.Above all, it is great / recommended attraction for families in Madrid!

Although I did book a day at the theme park plus a day at Beach Parque Warner. It was about £110. We spent the first day in the theme Parque and although I had paid for Speedy Pass Premium at the shop (29 Euros each), the normal queues were not excessive. If you do get one of these 2nd consecutive days free, remember to go to the office opposite the information desk at the end of the day. It has a large Tweety on it. You will need all members of you party and all your tickets. You will receive an arm band to enable you to get in the next day. The next day, simply go past the ticket office to the entrance, where they will let you in. As for the park, a nice combination of kids rides and adults rides. The turning is fairly good. The water rides in the park are brilliant. Our favourite was the Yogi ride. Fantastic family fun, but be prepared to get very wet. We found the staff to be very cheery and helpful on the whole. The food offering isn't the best. Pizza and burger seems to be about it. Although the food and drink are reasonable by theme park standards, sometimes you want to pay a little more to get something a bit better. We really enjoyed our time here, and it only gets a 4 out of 5 because of the food. I would give it a 4.5 out of 5 of I could. Other information, you need to pay 8 Euros for parking or 10 Euros for covered parking. The only place to get maps is at the information desk. Toilets and the occasional drinking fountain are scattered through the park.
