Irene, the center's event manager, made sure our visit was 1st class all the way. We had a wonderful day of massages, facials, and pedicures with a delicious spa lunch in between. We were pampered all the way with flavored waters, hot teas, fresh fruits, and a very serene environment. Highly recommended. We were prompted to go there by our accommodations at the Dillard House which is equally awesome.

I travel frequently and have been to spas all over the world. I was in Sky Valley,GA during the holidays and was looking for a massage. I found The Amara Center on Google and it was one of the best experiences I've had! Irene, the Director fit me in last minute on a cancellation and I was so lucky she did. Upon arrival, she offered me a lemon lavender tea that was wonderful to sip on while completing my intake forms. Then she led me to a beautiful area to change into a robe and slippers while I wait for the therapist. The massage itself was HEAVEN and decreased the neck and back pain I had been having for weeks! I will be back during every one of my visits to North Georgia. The Amara Center is a first class spa experience in the middle of the peaceful, rejuvenating mountains of Georgia. I look forward to many more treatments here!

I have had multiple services and have attended a yoga class and each experience has been wonderful. I also utilized the Amara Center for all my services the day of my wedding. They were generous enough to let us use the fireside room to set up a brunch and then my bridal party and I had our nails, hair, make-up and chair massages done and all were fabulous. It was the perfect place to get ready and spend the morning on my big day! The facility is very nice and clean and you will certainly leave filling more relaxed than when you came. They also sell many great products. I am obsessed with the La Bella Donna make-up line. I have the mineral powder foundation and I love it. If you are ever in town, you should definitely check out the Amara Center!

The Amara Center offers both health and wellness services and programs in a quiet, relaxing stress free environment. From a yoga workout to a pedicure, if you want the service, they can provide it with a team of well trained professionals.Who would have expected an oasis of this kind in a little mountain town? The Amara Center is yet another great reason to live in or to visit Rabun County soon!

My girlfriends threw me a spa day as part of my bachelorette weekend, and we had a wonderful time. The staff was very accommodating, helpful, and nice. We enjoyed all of our services, as well as being allowed to take over the relaxation room with food and drinks, as well as decorations. If I lived closer, I would visit this spa often. I am definitely going to make it a goal to visit while I am in the area! It's beautiful, and it's very clean. Plus, everything looks out over gorgeous surroundings.
