The legendary Toccoa Speedway is the OLDEST and FASTEST 5/16 mile, high banked, clay, tri-oval on the planet!! Whether you and your family choose to sit in the stands, or pull up a chair in the back of your pick-up on track-side, you are guaranteed to see a lot of action-packed, family friendly racing on a Saturday night at Toccoa Speedway! During this last off-season, the race track and all of its amenities have been upgraded to enhance the racing and fan experience while visiting the Speedway in the upcoming Race Season. The new track promoter and his crew have been working tirelessly to make the track a safer place for drivers as well as spectators, including new fencing, guard railing, and a new scoring tower. Drivers travel from all over the state of Georgia, North and South Carolinas, Tennessee, Alabama, and Florida, all to have their name written in the history books of the Toccoa Speedway. Race fans from all over those same areas travel here to experience the excitement of this extremely fast track and awesome racing action for themselves.Located less than a mile north of Walmart on Hwy 17.
nasty mens bathroom the place is a dump, went a few years ago found ants crawling in my food .went to ultimate race last year rained a little bit thay called the race off ,i tried to go to the next ultimate race they said i could not use the rain ticket i had ,would have to pay again so i left ,no plans on ever going back ,just left feeling screwed
Plan for a long night. We went the day before easter and we left on easter (12:30am). Bring your protective glasses, hat, ear plugs, and wet wipes to fully enjoy the races. But that goes for any dirt track. I had a great time for it being my first ever dirt track experience. Plan to go back again! Parking was fine. It cost $10 per person to get in (cash only). BOGO food at the end of the night. People watching is fantastic!
This place is rough. No wall, no bleachers, no parking lot, and for many no shirts. However, the racing is good and that's all I care about.
The track too terrible to visit. This place has bad parking, bad seating, bad racing conditions, and dust making it impossible to see the action. The men's restroom is the worst ever seen at a race track. Not a good representative of GA stock car racing.
I loved to go to Toccoa Speedway during the summertime because it is a good place to be when you want to get out of home for a day or two. From where I live, there is not much to enjoy your weekend if you are a big dirt race fan and Toccoa, Ga is a good place to go to if you want to be in a quiet place so you can enjoy watching the dirt racing without worrying about city troubles.
