Great facility. Easy access from I 55. Facility is much improved since re-opening. New owner has made improvements each year since new opening.

What a beautiful September day to enjoy the Rusty Wallace Racing Experience. From the time we pulled into the parking lot, the day went without a glitch. You can choose whether to ride along or experience driving solo. All staff were professional and very helpful. Overall, it was a great birthday with cherished memories. .

I had enjoyed various types of racing at Gateway over the years, but it wasn't until this past May until I truly realized how awesome it really is. My wife bought me a ride along package for the Rusty Wallace Racing Experience. I got it on Christmas and I figured what better time to use it than the day before my birthday. I added some laps to my package and got some side by side racing. It was AWESOME! We did side by siding going through corners, which was where the real excitement was. Even better he would drive the car as hard into the corner without braking until what seemed like the last second. Truly a thrill ride. Now I have the "bug" and want to do it even more, including driving it myself. I highly recommend to anyone who likes racing or is up for some thrills.

We bought my dad a shootout racing experience for his graduation present. We were able to get an awesome deal from a black Friday deal. We arrived at the track and everything was well laid out. While my dad was checking in, he decided to buy me a ride along deal. The ride along was awesome and my driver was Jimmie Johnson's brother! By the time my ride along was done my dad had finished the driver's meeting. He said that Gateway Motorsports Park was the worst track for wrecks with the RWR cars. That excites both of us more because it's even closer to real life. My dad got to drive 10 laps on the track and he loved every second of it. He can't stop talking about how great it was. He's already looking for deals so he can do it again. I'm jealous that he got to drive and I too am looking for a deal so I can try the driving experience.

This is my second time doing the racing experience. There is nothing that can really compare to this experience. This is a thriil that I would highly recommend to anyone.

Good venue for watching or participating in racing action. Until recently I've been only a spectator. Have seen the NHREA Dragster Event (which is Excellent), truck races, rally races, Mopar car show events, and swap meets.Nothing beats the opportunity to drive on the track. Took the Rusty Wallace experience last year and it was the BEST. If you love racing you should try it or better yet, give the experience as a gift (Like someone did for me). Gateway, is the perfect location to give it a try.

if you want the feel of going to Indy this is a local place to go to get that feeling. They aalways pull in great vendores. Plenty of parking & just fun for the family for any racing event we have been to races here several times

Came here for nhra event which was great but parking here is absolutely abysmal. There is no obvious plan, have been to plenty of races and spent more time trying to park than any other facility I have been to.

This track was awesome while the NASCAR Nationwide series still ran there; however, I haven't been back since they stopped. I loved the setup of the track and grandstands, although the free parking is pretty far away. The only thing I didn't like about this track was that the last time we visited we were directed out of the track in a direction opposite of the way we drove in so it took quite awhile to regain our bearings since nothing was familiar.
