My wife and I just spent two nights and three days at Harrahs . We had a wonderful time, we are not must on gambling but do hit the slots some. This is without question one of the best casinos we have been at in long time. The staff was very friendly and helpful, everyone from the bell personal to the front desk to workers on the floor of the casino were great and make our stay very pleasant. The room was big and very clean, the beds were comfortable. Would we stay here again? Yes , we look forward to our next visit. The only down side was the buffet was not real good, just being honest . Still a great place to stay and game.

Weekday evening visit, service in the Reserve restaurant only exceeded by the food. From steaks that can compete with the big name places to great seafood options. Most of us went to the casino after dinner and played slots and blackjack. This casino has so many options despite being somewhat smaller than other casinos. The plus here is the payouts, from my experience, and really good service.

I love this casino because it is small and friendly. The slots are a bit looser than other casinos in the area and the personnel are the BEST. The Poker room is just fun.

JMJ They have returned more penny slots and have cleaned it up a bit. It was very crowded and more promotions were available. Parking is free for everyone and downtown Joliet could use some business..

My wife and I live in the Chicago area and thought we'd give Harrah's Joliet a try. We usually head down to IN or out to 4 Winns once a month or so. We've never had any luck at all in any of the other IL casinos. Until last Sunday. HJ is a pleasant clean place, the people are nice, service is very good and after our 5 hours of playing penny and 2 cent slots we both came out ahead! You can't beat that. We'll be back, why drive so far?

Me and my husband went to the Casino on a date night we had a fantistic time, We went to Flavors the Buffet, Normally I dont like buffets but this is one of the best buffets we have been too I really enjoyed it from the host Carissa who greets ya by name to our server Rose who made sure we were well taken care of. Even the Busboy David checked up on us. Granted since it is a Buffet, we ususally think that you dont have the service aspect as much as at a sit down restaurant, but Rose we above and beyond any expectations.

This hotel was really nice. The room was mostly clean when we got there but there was a couple brown dripping stains on the walls and we found some blood on our sheets. The cleaning service only came once over the course of two days but when they did they cleaned everything and restocked. The room had a fridge, a big tv, two beds, a closet, and a desk. It was really nice. The only other thing I did not like was the price for the room, and that there was no complimentary breakfast. The breakfast cost fourteen dollars for one person. All in all it was a very good experience.
