mount pulaski courthouse state historic site

Wanted to come here after visiting the one in Metamora as it's the only other courthouse still standing from Abraham Lincoln's days as a lawyer. The tour guide was very informative and allowed me to explore every room. The floor on the second floor where the court room is is original. As the years have gone by the repairs are starting to mount up as the state hasnt kept it's promise with funding. A donation would be a good deed even if it's just spare change. A must stop for history lovers who want to know more about Lincoln!!
