st. augustine alligator farm

25年前第一次来,现在真的多了很多的路边景色。他们甚至还有“鳄鱼摔跤”。这里是有资质的动物园而且很有教育意义。

我带着我们2岁的孩子来着的,他倒不是特别喜欢,但是我们超爱这里。中午一定要去喂鳄鱼。zip line非常有趣,纪念品店也很好。尽管每个人花21.95美元有点贵,但是我们很喜欢。

在一个地方看到所有不同种类的短吻鳄和鳄鱼是件很棒的事情。那里现在还有高空滑索和教授在树间穿行的绳索课程。我期待再去,因为喂食表演也很不错。

本来没来没有将这里纳入行程,不过很庆幸这么做了。尽管我们住在佛罗里达,也看到过很多短吻鳄了,这里依然是个非常漂亮,维护良好的公园。员工都很友好,乐于助人。动物们也都是照料有加。农场有很多阴凉处以及休息的地方。我们给动物喂食,在摇椅上晃悠,感觉悠闲极了。很超值。

这里比我想象中大,逛完估计得花一个多小时。拥有各类爬行动物。强烈推荐高空飞索,很有趣:)

This was my favorite attraction of all the things we visited in Saint Augustine. It doesn't seem that big when you walk in, but it takes up a large amount of space. It's enjoyable to watch them move, swim, crawl, and open their mouths. I love the fact that they have tons of large trees that provide lots of shade so you won't get overheated. This place is also good for bird watchers because the gators provide good protection for birds they love to build nests in the trees right above where the gators are.

This farm has a lot (and I mean a lot!) of alligators and crocodiles and you can see them up close! I also enjoyed seeing the Galapagos tortoises. You can also see different kinds of birds. I enjoyed visiting this farm.

Visited here as a child with parents, and years later as a parent taking his children 'to See the Gators!!) A couple of the Gators are large enough- you have to see them to appreciate the Gator's size. May not be a place to see on EVERY trip you make to St. Augustine, you at least owe it to yourself to visit the Alligator Farm at least ONCE on your next trip to St. Augustine- then decide for yourself on returning. Date given here is wrong as my children are now grown with children of their own but have visited here at least 3-4 times over the years- see Title Block

We went ziplining and then into the park. It was my first of MANY zipline experiences that I've had. They dont let you take pictures unlike other zipline places but the staff was friendly. It was a thrill to zip over gators. Overall a good experience. I also got to see an albino gator for the first time!

We thought it was a little costly to get in but when you see how many animals and birds they care for, you can justify the cost. Beautiful setting. We only found one staff member who wasn't too friendly but a couple of female staff members were outstanding. Sarah and Ashley stood out above the rest. They clearly love their work.

This is a zoo which concentrates on alligators and crocodiles. It is a perfect place for the entire family. There are literally thousands of alligators. The feedings are of particular interest. I also did the Zip-line with a13 year old granddaughter who loved it. It was challenging but fun for a 73 year old. She ran around the course like she was taking a stroll in the park.The University of Florida (Gainesville, Florida) known as the Gators is involved in research at the Alligator Farm.

Enjoyed the up close and personal with the gators. Staff very friendly and knowledgable. Good site for all ages whether you are visiting or are a local.

I came here to see the rookery and was not disappointed. Trees full of great egrets on nests and in full breeding display. Likewise trees full of roseate spoonbills, night herons, and many other water birds. These birds are all wild and come here because they feel safe. Oh, and there are alligators and crocs too :).

Very interesting place. They have an albino alligator - very cool. They feed the alligators in front of you which is interesting and alarming to watch. We went to this for the kids and they enjoyed it for a little while. Our group was done after about 45 minutes.

My husband and I went by ourselves and had a ball! Great for adults and kids. There was plenty to see and the animals were quite interesting. I recommend catching as many shows as you can. There is also a zip line at the zoo if you like that type of stuff. You can also have lunch at a reasonable price without having to leave.
