crandon park marina

This is a very pleasant and safe marina due in large part to the fact that it is located on a barrier island close to but removed from urban Miami and accessed by car via a tolled causeway.The entire facility was recently updated, modernized and redesigned . The dock master office and marine store is housed in a charming, newly built structure reminiscent of Bahamian/island architecture. Newly paved and expanded parking as well as new security fencing and landscaping add to the upscale effect. The only thing to make it ideal would be to bring back dining facilities. The fees are reasonable, transient dockage is usually available but there is a waiting list for permanent dockage.

Although the price was a little high compared to Hallandale, there were several ramps in good shape--a little algae on them so be careful not to slip! Since we got there on a Thursday, there was TONS of parking available. The automated kiosk dispensed our parking tickets forthwith and we were on our way.

This is a nice marina on Biscayne Bay. They offer handy slips for transients, although the slips are very narrow and they are very low floating docks. We were unable to back our 15 1/2 foot powerboat into the slip, so pulled in forward. The docks appeared to be pretty new. They suffered damage to their restaurant during one of the hurricanes and weren't open. Reasonable rates. We faced a small island in front of the marina and at dusk, there were hundreds of large birds nesting in the trees. It was awesome to watch. No swiming at the marina, but you could go to Crandon Park beach or Bill Baggs, although neither one have very clean sand.

el lugar es lindo la marina es cara cobran 16 dolares por hechar el bote por ahi pasar el toll otros 12 dolares pero no hay otra opcion ahi asi que si van a keybiscayne preparen el bolsillo .

Perfeito para fugir da rotina frenética de compras e compras em Miami, há menos de 30 minutos do aeroporto vale uma esticadinha para umas fotos.

Tem muuuuitos barcos.. o passeio é legal e nao muito longe de miami..O pessoal de la é bem simpatico e é possivel alugar!!

Una de las partes menos turisticas de Miami, la marina de Crandon Park es un hermoso paseo por esta zona. Se pueden apreciar los barcos anclados ahi junto con una hermosa vista.Por la misma zona se puede disfrutar la playa de Crandon Park (muy tranquila hasta en plena temporada) y hay un campo de golf y una cancha de tennis donde se juegan partidos del ATP.

Parque bastante amplo mas com poucas opções de lazer e infraestrutura. Não é adequado para ir com crianças pequenas.

sempre que venho a miami venho aqui para admirar belos barcos que se encontra por aqui de vez em quando venho com amigos para relaxar um pouco em algum barco deles ou alugado.

Vale a pena visitar a Key Biscayne em Miami. Local muito bonito e com muitas vistas espetaculares! E na entrada da Ilha fica o Seaquarium.

Como toda marina em miami, o local é bonito, sou apaixonado por barcos, por isso sou suspeito em falar, a quantidade de barcos é enorme!
