Spring break is not the time to go to South Beach - but wew got up early to look around before they had all got up and advise you are out of there by lunch time

Loved seeing the hotels & architecture. Although our visit was greatly enhanced by taking the Art Deco Cocktail tour http://www.artdecotours.com - it was the best of both worlds.

If you are a lover of Art Deco .. this is something that should not be missed! A stay at The Gale hotel is a wonderful way to enjoy this area.

I usually take a long walk on Art Deco historic district. I am usually there when they have SB Food festival so that neighborhood is crawling with tourists like me. But, the views are very interesting and the art deco hotels are nice to look at. Views of the Ocean are incomparable. Everyone should go for a walk.I tried to post some pictures but looks like TripAdvisor has some issues on their website but there are place to contact them about it.

Enjoyed walking about and looking at buildings after driving about, but did not find the area had much appeal

Great place to appreciate the Art Deco architecture style and enjoy restaurants, sightseeing and enjoy life. A must visit if you are around.

We like seeing the Art Deco buildings (mostly hotels and theaters, etc.). Try to see the Colony Theater, The Breakwater Hotel, The Webster, and The Carlyle to get an overview of the Art Deco district. Ocean Blvd, Collins Avenue and Lincoln Avenue are the prime locations.

Probably more interesting at night when the hotels are lit up. Buildings not very interesting to look at during the day. Probably would be good on a walking tour with a group.

We took a long tour of the city. Tons of fun looking at all the architecture and deco style buildings.

It's good to walk around this area to look at the beautiful buildings. Enjoy the view. Breath taking. Went during SB so it was crowded. But worth it

There are a lot of building in Art Deco Style and this is the characteristic of Miami Beach.Usually there is also a walking tour with a guide but I have done this on my own just following my guide.

Beautiful, definitely worth a visit several times! The area is enjoyable during the day and in the evening. It is a nice place for both families and singles.

Art Deco district was much larger than I expected. Wondering up and down streets showed one beautiful building after another. Even the Post Office was worth going in and admiring.

I didn't get to take the time to explore the area as much as I would have liked to but from what I did get to see this Hotel is centrally located in the district and is quite convenient to anything you might want to see. All of the night lights and night life are located in this area. Spectacular
