I attended a Mannheim Steamroller concert this evening at the KSU Tusc Performing Arts Center. This was my first visit to this venue. What a beautiful place for entertainment! Since it is Christmas time, the lobby was attractively decorated in a holiday theme. Our seats were in the very last row of the theater, in the corner, and we had a perfect view of the stage and the sound was fantastic! The line up of coming shows looks fabulous! I have already purchased tickets to see Stomp next month!
There is not a bad seat in the place, I liked everything about it.The seats give you plenty of leg room and volunteers who seat you are very helpful.
This is a nice facility but as far as entertainment choices I find very limited. The past couple of years they did have some great entertainers appearing but now they seem to have more plays and country western singers than good comedians or other entertainers.
It is not very often that you find such quality entertainment in a community that is so separated from a major metropolitan area, but that is exactly what the Kent State Tuscarawas Performing Arts Center has brought to east central Ohio. Offering the same productions that can be seen in Cleveland, Pittsburg, or Columbus, this venue includes the added bonus of keeping the costs low on your evening as a whole, as it is surrounded by high caliber dining establishments as well, and sans inflated "city" pricing. This performance space is something to consider when planning your next date night or family outing.
Tuscarawas County is so incredibly lucky to have this wonderful entertainment facility. Love the fact many different venues perform here; something for everyone!
Being an elderly person I like a venue close to home and this fits the bill. Quality intertainment, reasonable prices, 1,100 seats and not a bad one in the house. The volunteer staff is great as are the managers. Dress is casual to dressy, you won't regret coming to the PAC!
Every show I have been to has been great and the seating is good. Very nice place to see shows and it very close to my home. Have had an enjoyable time every time!
This is definitely a gem in the area. We have been many times to see concerts and plays. There could not be an easier venue to see good acts. There is a very professional air to everything there. You would think you were in in a big city.I have been to community shows as well as professional events and even big name performers. It is all good.
Wonderful shows! Wonderful venue! So nice to have something this great so close to home. We have had various balcony and lower level seats and they are all good. We have been there for shows and banquets.
What a gem, great shows and not a bad seat in the whole place!!! No cost for parking. Drinks at the bar and snack at concession weren't priced to steeply.
I have been there for a bridal show. Tap Dogs show, Rock of Ages show, Blues Brothers and more. Not really a bad seat on the house just big enough and small enough to enjoy the shows.
The Performing Arts Center is a gorgeous facility! Tuscarawas County is blessed to have such an addition to the county. Not a bad seat in the house! If you come to visit this area you MUST add this facility to your plans, you will not be disappointed!
This facility is first rate and the upcoming 2013-14 season is a wonderful mix of musicals, comedy, family entertainment, ballet, cabaret shows and much more. Ticket prices are affordable and there really isn't a bad seat in the house. The theater is easy to find and the parking is free. There are also excellent restaurants nearby.
This is such a nice place to enjoy a performance. I don't think there is a bad seat in the house. Parking is free and it's easy to get in and out of.
We were there for a show and the facility is absolutely beautiful. Parking is no problem and traffic flow is great.
