圣何塞本地橄榄球队49er球队的主场，是个很新的体育馆，因为新所以各方面都很不错，大，干净，灯火通明，设施完备，运用了不少高科技的配套设施。室内有一个不小的酒吧，提供各种酒水和食物，食物的品质不错。工作人员和服务员都很nice。本地同事在门口和一个据说非常著名的橄榄球运动员合影，原谅我不认识 :)。PS，球场上的牛仔裤都是Levi's的哦。

As a former 49er season ticket holder I was curious what kind of a stadium $1.2B could build and not wanting to go through the aggravation of attending a game that I prefer to watch on hi-def TV in the comfort of a recliner I took the tour.It is an interesting tour to see what a modern stadium has to offer. The comfortable seats are a plus and the view of the field from any seat seems quite good. The concession prices match construction costs - they are high. The main value of the tour, however, is twofold.The 49er store for buying branded items is huge and for those who like wearing clothing with the 49er logos this should be of interest.The best part of the tour for me was the 49er museum which I thought was nicely done. There is a Hall of Fame section where a statue of each 49er HOFer is present in a pose common to the subject. For example, Montana is shown standing next to Walsh in a familiar pose, while Dwight Clark is shown making the "catch". Another section relives the 5 Super Bowl victories in video and has rings and trophies appropriate to the specific game. Other sections of the museum have memorabilia one would expect of such a museum and many good reminders of some great legacies.All in all if you are a 49er fan this tour gets you to areas of the stadium a game ticket will not and the museum alone makes it worthwhile. Could not wait to see the Shark's Outdoor game at Levi Stadium. They did try with the field set up and the sound system on the ice but its just to big. You really could only watch via the Jumbo Screens. The sound system for a brand new stadium could be better... However the fans were great, the food selections fantastic if you want to pay those prices. Oh and ladies DONT bring a purse.. they are not allowed.. I had to wait in line for a half hour to get in only to be told I had to go check my purse at an outdoor tent. I doubt I would attend another event here.

I came to watch the Stadium Series ice hockey game between the Sharks and the Kings. Being such a unique event I was excited to attend and very curious about the new stadium!From afar, the stadium looked quite nice. Cool architecture and great appearance. Getting closer that opinion was reinforced. It just seemed nice and fresh inside and out!Getting to the stadium, however, left a lot to be desired. With the overpriced $50 a car for parking being charged we elected to try the vaunted light rail system. Can't beat 2$ each way right?!? Well, I guess that you can. The stadium and rail didn't make any preparations to deal with the 15,000 fans who elected to use the public transit. Trains were constantly bypassing the stops because they were full and we would have missed out ourselves if we weren't such big guys and essentially violently forced our way onto the train! The exit process was no less frustrating as unclear lines appeared and the wait for hours was insane. There was even an article in the local paper with the folks in charge admitting how they botched the whole thing. So, once inside (finally) traveling about was pretty easy. Lines were pretty obnoxious for food and drink but thankfully not for the bathroom. The issue I had was the outrageous price for beer (11.50 to 12.50) and food. The food quality was pretty low in both quantity and taste. I mean really, you build this new stadium and completely fail at the concession business? I found nothing redeeming there. Very, very disappointing.BUT, where the rubber meets the road was the quality of the actual seating itself. I mean, what are you here for? Food or the event? The event has to take priority. This is where the greed and selfishness of the builders becomes immediately apparent. The seats are incredibly small. SO much so that it causes a total lack of comfort that completely distracts from the event. If you are normal sized, you will play the alternate shoulder game with your neighbor. If you are even slightly overweight it is a total no go. If you are a skinny pygmy and you sit next to other skinny pygmies I am sure that you would be just fine. Otherwise, there is no point in going to this stadium unless you are in a skybox or you just cannot miss the event.I can't even begin to express how shocked I am to see this very modern stadium cut corners at the most basic and important level. That coupled with the crazy concession prices and quality is just a total slap in the face. I loved my event (I mean, outdoor hockey...so cool!) but I would never go back to this stadium. So disappointed.

We traveled from North Pole Alaska for the once in a life time experience of the Stadium Series game between the Kings and the Sharks. So exciting! Our primary frustration was with parking. We purchased a parking pass for $60 after fees! What the heck!? That's so expensive! We used the phone to make the purchase just to be told we needed to print the barcode. Maybe other people bring a printer on vacation but don't. So we spent significant time looking for a Kinkos print center before the game. Once we arrived at the stadium the parking situation got worse! Multiple misdirections by complacent and visibly annoyed event staff. We drove around for nearly an hour trying to find the $60 blue lot 1. We had scheduled ourselves to arrive well over an hour early. By the time we found the parking and walked A MILE to the stadium we got there just in time for puck drop. We had budgeted for event food but not enough for the overly priced and mediocre food. Lines were 40 min to the counter. A pretzel with cheese was $9!!The stadium itself was rather boring. No attractions or picture opportunities. Just kinda "meh". We love hockey and the game was great. The rest of the experience was a pricey disappointment.

As a 49er fan, it was hard to "like" this stadium. However, once I saw it from the hotel and once I entered the stadium, I fell in love. It may not be Candlestick, but it's the home of my Niners and I loved it. The seats were comfortable, the food decent. This place is a must visit.

We had the pleasure of watching the LA Kings wax the San Jose Sharks over the weekend at Levi's Stadium. Getting in and out of the stadium was very easy. The staff was friendly and very helpful in keeping everything moving. Our seats were comfortable with great sight lines. Sadly, our row only let out on one end (the one that we were sitting on). This led to many interruptions in the game as other "fans" weren't nearly as interested in watching the game as we were. This was a big distraction. We walked throughout the concourse and were impressed with the bevy of food options to choose from. We did not eat at the stadium. The prices seemed to be reasonable for the choices offered. Our biggest complaint was the audio quality in the stadium. The point source of the audio seemed to constantly change to different areas around the stadium. It was confusing and not great. At all. Overall it was a great visit. Hire someone to figure out what the audio problems were, and you are in business!

Getting in & out was hell! Parking was horrible. It was $55 to park, took an hr plus to get in, & 2 hrs to get out of the parking lot. The stadium was nice because its new, but nothing spectacular. The concessions were just average with mediocre variety and very expensive. The lines for the concessions were horrible. I stood in line for 15-20 minutes, barely moved, and gave up. I would think twice before ever going again and would recommend avoiding this venue unless the event is a must see.

Literally, a once in a lifetime experience. The Stadium Series 2/21/2015. Great seats in the Club Section. Other than that, Hell visited Santa Clara. Pre-paid parking was oversold. Traffic brought out the beast in everyone but the SJ Sharks. We ended up parking on the golf course and slogged through the fairways to the Stadium. That facility simply cannot handle 70,000 people. I refused to patronize any of the concessions ($12 beer, come on!) We'll never go back, not even if the Beatles were resurrected for another "once in a lifetime" event.

We attended the outdoor hockey game at Levi's Stadium. One member of our group recently had surgery and has significant mobility issues. We were nervous about the event and we were unable to trade our tickets for wheelchair seating, but the guest services team at the stadium did an amazing job getting us to our seats and back to the car. We purchased parking in green lot 1, showed the placard and they directed us to the handicap lot. There were golf cart style shuttles that brought people from the lot to the entry gates. Once there and through security there was a team with a wheelchair ready to get us through the crowd and safely to our seats. There is an app at the stadium to have food, beverage and event items purchased and delivered to your seat. (A warning here delivery time started at 30 in uses but git to over 50 minutes as the game went on.) At the end of the game we called support services and requested a wheelchair assist out. It took about 20 minutes for them to arrive, but that gave time for the stairs to clear for the journey back down, and traffic leaving the stadium to thin a bit. The assist team took us back to the security gates, a golf cart back to the car and we were out the gate. The guest services team warned us when we got there that we would need to call early if we wanted to leave right at the end of the game, or there would be a wait.While our team lost the game, stadium handicap services made it an extra pleasant adventure. We were very nervous about the distances to be walked but the stadium support made it work great.

Levi's Stadium is beautiful and nicely fits into the surroundings of Santa Clara. We are proud that the visual represents the best of our hometown Bay Area, and elaborately incorporates the best technology has to offer. From a visitor's perspective, however, Levi's Stadium is a poor contribution to the lot of money-defying venues and, rather, underscores how greed by the national sports ecosystem permeates every decision, at the expense of fans' ease. - Our most significant disappointment was with the parking. We paid $50 IN ADVANCE to secure a parking spot via the Levi's Stadium App. After being guided up and down Great America Parkway by impatient traffic police for over 1.5 hours, unable to turn onto Tasman Drive despite the blinking signs indicating the contrary for prepaid pass holders such as us, we were eventually banished to a much further lot (twice as far as our prepaid lot) where they were "willing to honor our prepaid pass." Apparantely, the lot we had prepaid for was FULL. Are you kidding me? How is that possible? That's no different than purchasing tickets to the event itself and being told when you get there that your premium seats were resold to another visitor but you are welcome to sit in the 3rd deck. I thought only the airlines pulled this stunt? And, at least, they compensate for their failings.- The stadium's concession stands are wholly inadequate. The lines were incredibly long no matter where you went. Initially, I was confused how that could be the case; surely, they have plenty of data to understand the frequency and staffing of concession stands to match the seating capacity. Then, it occurred to me that they WANT the concession stand experience to be painful, so you are more inclined to use the in-seat delivery and express pick-up app-based options, of course, at an extra cost (not to mention the obligation to tip). Instead of putting human resources to handle the volume created by this technology-inspired service, which is no doubt better for the gross margin, they should put more of the resources back into the concession stands themselves, speed the experience, and lower the user's cost, all of which will actually improve the experience.- We went to a hocky game (the outdoor Stadium Series event), and a souped-up tailgate party and a rock concert broke out. We are purists and really went to the event for a classic ice hockey game. But, we appreciate that many fans enjoy the extracurriculars, highlighted by a 3-hour pre-game party (the hockey itself was a little over 2 hours) and live concert-like performances by the orchestra, John Fogerty, and Melissa Etheridge. But we wonder how many of those fans would still appreciate these "extras" if they realized that probably 2/3rds of the cost of their ticket went towards them. We paid $150/ticket, likely a slightly above-average price. From our perspective, it broke down as follows: $50 for the hockey we enjoyed seeing, $50 for the pre-game tailgate party we missed because of the parking fiasco, and $50 for the rock concerts we missed waiting in line at the concession stands.Boo to Levi's Stadium.

It's a complete joke. Everyone with any sense will avoid this place like the plague. Vta is embarrassing, local pickup is insane. The whole experience was a joke.

I purchased very expensive tickets for my husbands 40th birthday in row 1 in the end zone to watch the 49ers. We expected to be in the front row. Wouldn't you? Well we were NOT. We were in the third row. There were row 1a and 1aa In front of us. VERY DISAPPOINTED was an under statement! Even people who worked there had no clue it was not the front row! No where did it say anywhere on the website or ticketmaster the section seating! I how they change this asap for all ticket buyers!

State of the art but plan to spend some money. Take public transportation. Getting out of the parking still takes some time.

We did the tour and then went to the museum. It was so much fun. The tour guide answered all our questions, was very informative. When we went to the museum my husband (who is a huge 49er fan) had a great time. The staff was friendly and informative. The movie is a must see!
