Pros: 1. Very scenic as well as a beautiful grouping of home sites going up, encircling the course.2. We won't be backCons: 1. Very big odor of manure2. Under construction with no visible markings of restricted areas3. Hospitality.... there is none4. Bad case of 'good ole boy' syndrome5. A way to communicate to other golfers is to 'yell' across the course....huh? Oh but wait, it gets better. Management has encouraged all 'members' to do this6. Continuous guessing of which way is the next hole?
