Take in a Lakeshore Chinooks ball game played by current college players and future major leaguers with wooden bats in a modern stadium with gourmet food. It's affordable, fun and entertaining for the entire family. Also, a great place for a corporate outing in the stadium's party area.

The best ballpark around for collegiate teams. The Chinooks play their games here and it is beautiful, cheap summer entertainment!

Kapco Park is the home baseball field for Concordia University Wisconsin. During the summer months, it is the home field for the Chinooks which is a wooden bat baseball team that plays in the Northwoods League. The wooden bat teams are college students from a number of different schools who stay with local families for the summer season. Kapco Park is in a beautiful location on the campus of the university which overlooks Lake Michigan, and you can see the lake from the bleachers. This is a very family-friendly place. There are always games for the children during the breaks in the baseball game. The food is typical fast food and beer or soda is available. Tickets are very inexpensive and we have just as much fun here (or maybe even more fun) as we do watching the Brewers at Miller Park. Hint: sit behind home plate or along 3rd base line--the sun in your eyes can be bothersome sitting along the 1st base line.

Great ballpark for the Lakeshore Chinooks! No worries about cancellations due to poor field conditions (all artificial turf), great seating selections and prices, VERY reasonable concession prices, ample parking and a gorgeous view of pine trees and Lake Michigan out in right field. You can't find a better place to spend less than $10 watching great college baseball!

What a great place to watch baseball. A beautiful location along the banks of Lake Michigan, so bring a jacket, even on a hot day it will be cooler by the lake. Good baseball, good food, good times!

Beautiful park, beautiful view, top caliber baseball talent, free parking, and friendly and engaged staff all contribute to a great family venue that is very affordable. A relaxing and far less expensive contrast to a Brewers game. Bring a blanket and a jacket and enjoy!

What a great ballpark and a fun trip for the family without the crazy expensive prices at Miller Park. Very enjoyable brand of baseball in the Northwoods league and a lot of fun on the field. Great concession prices and decent variety

Our first visit to Kapco Park and a Lakeshore Chinooks game! The park is absolutely beautiful! Parking is kind of far away but there is a shuttle that will pick you up and drop you off if you like. It was a warm summer day - but by 6pm the breeze off of Lake Michigan was a bit chilly - so bring a jacket! There was a playground area for little kids and a number of other kid activities. $5 general admission are bleacher seats - but absolutely fine and close to the action! Lots of fun!

I could not make it to a MLB game as they were not in town, so a friend suggested we try the local Concordia team. A nice little park at the university with a selection of seating ranging from $5 to $11. About 1000 people attended and there was a nice atmosphere. Concessions sell reasonable priced food and drinks. Wrap up warm if the wind is from the east as the lake is cold! Good game fun and standard of play, although our game lasted 11 innings with a score of 1-0. (A bit dull) We purchased the cheap seats which were fine, but there were far too many children running about not interested in the game at all, but rather annoying everyone else... The grandstand seating would be nuisance child free I expect for $3 more. Also all of the between innings promotions went to the expensive seated customers. Schedule runs from May-August. A fun evening out
