thiensville farmers market

I'm a huge fan of farmer's markets, this is one is a true gem and on the large side. Great location where you can picnic on some of the lunch food near the Milwaukee River. Something for everyone. The only difficulty is parking, there isn't much and if you get there at busy times you will have to wind through the residential area to find a spot and walk a few blocks.

Good variety of local vendors in both food & crafts. The market is snuggled into the village park along the Milwaukee river. They take advantage of the space available to give the vendors maximum exposure.

Very delicious when cooked. The gentleman selling knew a lot about Salmon and it's varieties. we also bought some great Sourdough Bread and yummy tomatoes!!!
