I concur with a previous poster, the place is a little scary looking. But we sat on the outdoor patio and had the burger and draft special. Beer was cold and the burger delicious! Amazing view over the lake. Very friendly waitress who also served as bartender.

Cheap beer and bar food. But it has, hands down the best sunset view of any bar I know in the Detroit area.

Here is a traditional hometown bar. It has a good view of Bald Eagle Lake. It has great beer prices, although the selection of beer is limited. It is not a 'microbrew' spot. Still, we love the fried green beans! This is NOT a fancy place. Be prepared to be a little 'scared' by the initial atmosphere, but get a table by the lake; and you'll soon be in your comfort zone.
