Stepping into the garden area to the side of the shop is a treat. Healthy native plants attract the true gardeners and the appealing displays keep the rest of the party happy. We were on a quest to see Texas wildflowers and stopped in Chappell Hill for a break. The Bluebonnet House seemed the perfect place to browse, and we all ended up buying gifts and gifts for ourselves. Jewelry from local and national artisans, vintage collectibles, Texana, and garden attractions made this shop one we will visit again. Living in Houston, I will make the drive again when the season changes. It was the freshness of the display and the hospitality of the employees that made it memorable.
