My family and I have visited the Plaza Theatre on three different occasions during the past year. We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the local entertainers. The Plaza Theatre presents an intimate "theater in the round " venue that gets you up close and personal with the actors and the action. The cost is very reasonable, but call ahead seating is limited. It can make for a fun and little bit different "date night." I recommend it.

The plaza theater is perfect for families. I'm not sure all the performances are kid-friendly, but the ones I have attended have been. It's a small theater and ever seat is close to the actors, which makes it even better. There's a small little concession stand and everyone working and acting there is super friendly.

This is probably our fifth trip to this theatre. The productions are always excellent. The 360 degree seating adds to the audience experience. Great family outing.

Plaza Theater Company presents family friendly live stage plays in the "round" even though it is actually square. Shows are on Thurs, Friday Sat Matinee, Sat evenings. Most all shows are sold out prior to presentation. This alone says a great deal about the quality of their productions.

Great little theatre! If you haven't been you need to go and check it out!!! Great show, scenes, and actors!!! Well worth the money!!! Haven't seen anything that wasn't great!!! Very entertaining!!! Fun for the whole family!!! The Carneige Players theatre group puts on great shows as well in Cleburne!!

Great talent. Great people. They do shows every since Thursday through Saturday of the year! You can't BEAT this great entertainment or the price!

For those who think Cleburne has nothing to offer, think again. The Plaza Theatre is an amazing little theatre in the round that packs a Broadway punch!! Every seat is a great seat, the production level is stellar and after the show there's always a meet and greet with the full cast. Worth the drive if you're not from around here, and worth your time and money if you are. Get your kids or your husband some culture right here in Cleburne, TX!

Best Damn Fun in recent memory! Great Cast and fully 80% of them were teens and younger.Intimate theater and excellent production = Fantastic Evening!

We are in our second year of season tickets and will be purchasing a third! The Plaza Theatre in Cleburne is a remarkable find. The shows chosen are a mix of musicals and plays and give a variety of theatre-going experiences. We have loved everything we've seen from British comedy, to current Broadway musicals. Some of the lesser known plays have been gems and we would never have seen them without our season tickets. The producers are always there and available. It is a family atmosphere and you get to meet and greet all the actors at the end of the show. The small venue always amazes when large casts are performing! Some of our faves (and it is so hard to choose) have been White Christmas, Arsenic and Old Lace, Ragtime, Man of La Mancha......and I could keep going. Ticket prices are ridiculously low and we have found some nice places to eat in Cleburne. Take a chance--you will be hooked!

Should have said really GREAT live theater. Have been here around ten times over the last few years and will probably become a season ticket holder. The talent I've seen here could be kn any stage. The management definitely seems to be spot on in knowing what to do. With less than 120 seats (guessing) and seating in the round, not a bad seat in the house. Also very comfortable, I might add! I could add much more, but it's already hard enough to get tickets sometimes:)

First show wife and I saw here was 'Seven Brides for Seven Brothers'. By the third show that season we bought season tickets and have been regulars since. Great venue, productions and unbelievably wonderful talent! Highly recommend going, once you start, you won't stop!

A new venue in a very old building. Five rows of theater in the round. The actors are so close you can practically reach out and touch them. From comedies to dramas, to musicals, this place has them all by accomplished actors as well as local talent. Very quaint and intimate. I have taken four different couples from four cities there and all of them rant and rave about how they wish their city had a place like this. Tell your friends. This is the way life was meant to be enjoyed. Nothing like it.

If in or around Cleburne this is a must see! Great shows, actors and costumes. I have been to many shows and have loved every one of them!!

We went to the King and & I and Kiss me Kate at this theater in March, 2014. This is community theater, so I didn't expect that much, how the performances were remarkably good.Not a bad seat in the house - literally!

We saw the King & I in February and it was fabulous. The theater is small which means every seat has a great view. The actors were really accomplished and put on a very professional performance.
