This is our fist visit to the Longview location and it was pretty nice. It is smaller than the others I've been to but nevertheless was fun for the kids. The drawback of being smaller is that they have a smaller fire code capacity. We bought an hour for each child and when our hour was up I went to buy another hour of jump time. I was informed that they could not extend our jump time because they sold out all available bands for the next hour. So we had to leave the facility and we didn't really want to. Some advice is if you might possibly want to stay longer than an hour, then buy two bands for each kid or you will end up like us. The atmosphere was good meaning I didn't see thugs with pants sagging and things like that. I felt safe in there with my kids, they have a lot of staff and keep a pretty good eye on the kids.I would go back to this facility again in the future if I'm in the area.

Don't like the dirty room and the unfriendly staff. Blood stains on the towels, stains on the bedspread. Nothing I liked

My daughter takes the kids to Air U and they stay as long as possible. Their are alot of things to do. They are worn out when they leave.

My children love, love, love this place! Air U is fun for everyone. I love watching the girls do tumbling and my son playing dodg eball with other kids

Great place to get the kids out and have some fun. After the hour of jumping which seems like would be short, they would not have been able to last longer.

nice place to drop the kids off for a couple of hours, but be prepared its 20.00 an hour per child. it has tons of stuff for them to do, and is very very clean and air conditioned

My great-niece's birthday party was here, and it was very well done. The kids jumped on the trampolines and into the ball pit for an hour while the attendant prepared for the party. When it was time for cake, the attendant served the cake and cleaned up after. The kids and adults all had a great time!

We took the grandkids. They enjoyed the dodgeball, the ball pit, and the open floor. The facility is clean, well maintained, and big enough to accommodate lots of people. They also have benches that non-jumpers can sit on to watch the activities. My only caution would be that you need to watch younger children (ours are 6 and 8) carefully. The teens who were working the night we were there were more interested in visiting with each other than watching the kids.

Trampoline park, trampolines everywhere, including the walls.Clean! Lots of room.We had a 30-something birthday party there for a group of 15 and had a fun time. One hour was plenty of time, we were exhausted! Lots of fun jumping into the ball pit. Now how the heck do I get out?Would go again.Lockers available, bring your own lock.
