All the old candies from the last 50 years. Salt water toffee ,too many to list , Ordered chocolate covered strawberries for Valentines day .The berries were perfect! I've bought very expensive ones in Houston ,these were better...
I have taken my granddaughter to this candy shop every time I'm in Shiner. It is amazing. The lady who runs it is so super nice and helpful. She has a lot of patience with us . It takes a while to figure out what you want. They also sell Bluebell ice cream. They used to have a sandwich shop but it's closed. every fun to place to visit
I was with my husband and my in-laws from England. We found this lovely candy shop by accident. We were looking for a sandwich shop, and our GPS took us to the candy shop. We later found out the sandwich shop was ran by the parents, who have since retired, of one of the ladies working the candy shop.Candy shops bring out the child in me, so I was really happy we had ended up where we did. Not only is it a candy shop (with many varieties of candy), it also has plush toys, even little toys for newborns! There is even ice cream if you'd rather have that!My father in-law bought some candy that was available by the pound. I bought some Jelly Belly cinnamon jelly beans and some plain fudge. The fudge was absolutely delicious, so be sure to buy some when you stop by. The two ladies working in the shop were really nice and friendly! They definitely make you feel welcome as soon as you walk in the shop. The shop itself is very clean and very organized! The candy is a bit pricey, but not too bad. I've not been to a candy shop since I was little, so the prices are probably very reasonable compared to other candy shops...I just wanted to put that in there.I'd definitely recommend this little candy shop if you're in the Shiner area. The place has a great atmosphere and it's full of candy! What else could you want?
