My sister gave me a gift card in November 2009. It is now June 2010 and I still have not yet recieved a refund because at the time of perchase they failed to tell her that they would be closing down for 6 months, to make changes? Im a little confused..I have never seen a business actually close its doors for months on end to "make changes". Obserd. Then when they "re-opened" they told me that they would only refund half because they are filing for bankrupcy!! Good thing they are, they have THE WORST customer service I have EVER experineced...and from a spa!?! Is this even legal?

I went for my bridal trial or what they called a trial. They gave me an hour to do my hair and they had someone else booked. The manager said "That an hour is adequate time for an updo." MY HAIR FELL WITHIN ONE HOUR AFTER I LEFT!!! If it was my wedding day, I could not have taken pictures. While I was at the salon, I was discribing the hair style that I wanted. The stylist proceeded to do HER THING without even asking if I liked it or if the she should do it a certain way. At the end, my HAIR LOOKED RIDICULOUS!!!!! When I asked her to try something else, she did not have the time to do it because she had a client waiting. Isn't a trial for TRAIL AND ERROR. At the end of the service, I told everyone that I did not like the way I looked and the receptionist said she would contact me later on in the day regarding a FREE TRIAL. Well, needless to say, no one called me back I had to call them 2 day later and they WANTED TO CHARGE ME TO DO IT AGAIN!!! I told them to cancel my appointment for the wedding. Now with only 1 1/2 weeks to my wedding (because they did not want to do my trial earlier than 2 weeks before the wedding) I have no idea what I am doing with my hair or going. The only good experience was the makeup artist. She really knew what she was doing. It is unfortunate because I would use her but not that salon. ON TOP OF THE EXPERIENCE, I AM OUT OF $180.00 and had nothing but looking like a hot mess as the result. DO NOT USE THIS SALON.. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR HAIR CLIENTS AS THEY ARE CLOSING THE SALON AND NOT TAKING HAIR SERVICES TO NEW LOCATION

I was given a gift certificate by my best friend....I myself am in the spa bussiness.a capable spa always has xtra emplyees for walk ins. they did not . I"m very busy and like many of my clients . It is difficult to make certain appt. ahead of time. I could never get an appiontment. and even when i was told I could come in as a walk in. it never happenned I tried to get my friends money back they refused. the truth about this place is that they are undrestaffed. and they pay their employees slave wages. using the excuse about the economy but still charing the customers full prices. they hire students insted of experienced employee"s therefore cheating the client"s. my friend did not know that i could never in good concious purchase any service from a place that cheat"s their employees.

I hated my overpriced trip to this ridiculous excuse for a spa. There was poor rude service in every step of my experience, and I would beg and plead anybody reading this to never step foot in this dump. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

Now that it is under new management it now has Excellent service. Fantastic greeting service, very comfortable waiting room. Excellent experience, and i will deffinatly go back now.

I gave my wife a gift certificate for this so-called spa. She does not pamper herself so I thought this might be a great gift. Finally got her to make an appointment which she so looked forward to enjoying.She arrived at the appointed time only to be told to sit down...no coffee offered or any other beverage. After sitting for 45 minutes past the appointed time, she asked about the delay. She was given no significant reason for the delay...in fact the person doing the first part of the spa program had not arrived.Well if you want to go an experience a pleasurable day think twice about this spa...it was a disaster.

I didnt know I could do this on this site but one of the girls at the front desk of this spa I went to mentioned it to me as I was telling them what a great place this is. I went in to get the hair on my back removed throught laser hair removal and found myself buying gift certificates for my wife in what is probably the most beautiful spa around. My experience was worth my time to write about, and I highly recommend these people

My son wanted his hair straightened and instead had it fried. Had to get it shaved two days later. Owner promised me she would give me the best hairdresser in the place and I got a terrible haircut (very nice girl though). Would NEVER go back!!!
