Thanks for coming out and rafting with us, jhugodavis. We're so glad you had a great trip. Water levels do vary a lot, and our raft guides are great at using every opportunity to be sure our guests have a great time no matter what! Hope to see you again!

This has become a regular activity for our family reunions. We always have a great time and the staff is great. The rapids are fun and fairly safe, we have taken younger kids and they were fine. The only negative I've found is the changing facilities are not the greatest.

We went the summer of 2014, it had rained for two weeks before we got there and the water was up. Our ride wasn't a float, it was a rafting trip. The guide did an excellent job with all of us including my two young grandchildren. He made sure that we saw all the sights and all of us got 'wet'! We made our reservations online, do it, saves a lot of time.

The poeple that work at Rafting the Smokies could not have been nicer people. My problem is they should not have taken us down the river that day. We were the last day they were opened. The water was very low not through their own fault. The damn that feeds the river is run by a power company that they cannot control. The trip ended up just being a leasurely float trip down the river. The weather was perfect and the water felt nice. The trip would have been perfect if instead of a raft I was in a tub tied to cooler. Also, do not listen to them about having to get there 45 mins before your start time. My group got there 45 mins early and then were told to hang out for 30 mins until they call us. But again the people were very nice, I just dont think they should have let us go down the river that day with the conditions so boring. I know the conditions were out of their control but they can say hey its not worth your time to do this today.

We did the zip line tour and had a great time! The guides work really hard to make sure everyone feels safe and is having a great time.

We greatly enjoyed our rafting trip. The guides and the whole experience proved to be better than we expected. Even though it wasn't quite as much white water as I was hoping for, it was still fun. I think any age and athletic ability would enjoy the trip. This company is also big enough to be capable and trusted (as safety is a high priority) yet not a huge company where you feel like just another group.

This was our first time doing this (as it was something on our bucket list) and WOW it was so awesome!! We had a great time and our guide was excellent, so fun and informative!! Definitely make a reservation, and also try their zip lining experience!! Can't wait to go back!!

We are very happy with the team, we were running late and called to re schedule, costumer service was good, they wait for us to get there. We enjoy our ride, first timers, a little scared but we had fun, we hit rapids II IV, team very professional. I highly recommend this tour.

We called and made reservations because we were told that the water from the dam wasn't released ever day. When we got there, we were told that it wasn't a guaranteed water day, so we had to wait to see if the water would be released. We finally got word that we could raft and we suited up. (We had waited about 1 1/2 hours.)Once we got on the raft, it was fun. Zak, our guide, was very knowledgeable and interesting. He explained everything as we went and we loved it.

Had a GREAT time today !!!! Me and my fiance went for the first time and was way more then we expected.... You got to ask for Taco as your guide... He is the man !!!!!We will definently be back. ...
