baby falls

This is where you will see a lot of kyakers practicing there skills. Parking was okay, so was able to walk over and watch them. They have picnic area close by also.

I've been to the baby falls on Tellico river more times than I can count. I've jumped off the, fished above and below them and swam in the pool below. Not that great a thing when the falls are only maybe 15ft.

This is a nice place to stop for a picnic lunch! Enjoy watching kayaker paddle over the falls and then go down to see the "big falls".

We really enjoyed stopping here and walking down by the river and falls. It's was very nice and relaxing. Hope to visit again.

If you go see Bald River Falls just drive about another mile and you will be able to see some smaller falls that are pretty. I was able to get some pretty pictures of both falls.

We had a great time watching people jump off the falls. I'm not sure I would recommend this activity to anyone!

The ride to get to Baby Falls is a lovely ride along the river and past the Bald River Falls. Baby Falls is near a visitor pull off and you can access right next to the road. Just below the falls fishing is permitted, in summer you will see fishing and perhaps a few venturing out onto the rocks in the river. It is lovely and a great alternative to driving into the Smokeys.

Just a little drive from Bald River Falls. Parking, picnic tables and facilities (primitive) available but may want to drive a little further down the road to picnic away from fumes of passing cars.

The Tellico River is beautiful! My children love to play in the river. Baby Falls is beautiful to view, but not a place to swim.

This is a small waterfall, just up from the Bald River Falls. When the water is high, you'll often find kayakers running these falls. There is a nice parking area with restrooms just past the falls. Picnic tables are placed beside the river. Come rest a while.
