We were very pleased by the challenge, conditions and value at this wonderful public facility. We played many rounds at much pricier courses and clubs on our CO golf trip and this course ranked right there with all of them. The place just reeked of golf - haha. Nothing pretentious, just great golf, very well conditioned, slick challenging greens. Will return.
We play Indian Peaks about 30-40 times each Summer. It is one of the best public coursesin Colorado. If you buy the Peaks Players card (about $100), you get $7 off each round, plus afree round after playing 10. All in addition to the Senior discount. The course has severalchallenging holes - #1, #7, #9 are the hardest. The finishing hole #18 has great mountain views. The restaurant has a limited menu, but the food is pretty good. Staff is very friendly & competent.Course is always in first class condition.
This must be the best publicly owned course that we have come across in our travels. It is challenging, and yet playable. It is almost worth the visit to Boulder on its own. We will be back.
This is one of the nicest municipal courses in Colorado and is relatively economical to play. I have played here numerous times and the course always seems to be in really good shape especially in comparison to other courses in the area that charge as much as two or three times more to play.
Indian Peaks is one of the best courses in the north Denver metro area. This Hale Irwin design has interest on every hole and challenges all levels of player. The starting hole is a par 5 that is one of the tougher starters that I've played and the challenges begin immediately. For a fun round, you can't go wrong at Indian Peaks. The conditions of the course are always good. This year the greens ran true and fast. The staff are almost always universally friendly and helpful. The only downside to the operation is the limited menu that they have in the snack bar. The food is good, but they could use more variety.
