We tried to do some holiday shopping at the Loveland Outlet Mall and were quite disappointed.Perhaps outlet malls in general have lost their appeal as they used to lure shoppers with really great prices for discontinued or slightly defective name-brand merchandise.Unfortunately you won't find many choices and certainly not low prices here. In fact, a pair of jeans I'd priced at a local retailer just before we drove to the Loveland Outlet Mall was actually cheaper at the retailer than at the well-known name brand outlet store.Bottom Line: If prices and selection were better at the Loveland Outlet Mall, we'd go back. But they're not, so we don't plan to shop here again.
I love this area i wish more shops could have stayed open. not a lot of selection. my favorite is the kitchen store very reasonably priced compered to most kitchen shops in Loveland and Fort Collins.
Not much here worth stopping to see. The Under Armour store is the only place I thought was any good. Most of the place is vacant.
These Outlets USED to be SO good and lots of variety! But, they have gone the way of many Outlet Malls. Not many stores left (lots of empty stores) and not near as much variety. Too bad Outlet Malls got away from offering the discounted things from other stores or Just have really good prices! !! Now, they are SO overpriced and you can find most things in any store!
The outlets aren't that great here in Loveland, CO, but hey it's something. The prices were move expensive there than the actual stores like Macy's. Um, aren't they outlets? Levi's for example were still going for 60-84 $ and I can buy them at Sears for $40 or less. WTH?!? I think someone thinks they can scam someone by using the word outlet. About two main roads down, there's a target we found... Buy stuff there. You'll save your family money. :)
LOTS of stores missing! Very empty for an outlet location. There are still a few decent stores left, so hopefully they can continue to hang on.
Sad to say that the outlets are disappearing one by one. I enjoy shopping at the Coach and the Ann Taylor outlets and a few of the other remaining stores. Across the interstate a new mall has opened which has really led to decline in the traffic, and finally, inn the number of outlet stores at Loveland, which I have a difficult time understanding since the other mall is definitely NOT an outlet mall. It would be great to see this area revitalized back to an excellent and fun shopping experience.
Between the development across the road, down the interstate and the outlet stores that just no longer exist, the only reason to visit is if you really need something from one of the remaining stores. It's not even convenient as all the stores are not together but spread over a large area. It was disappointing.
There are so few shops open at the Outlets that I don't bother going unless my husband needs something from Carhart! There is a Dress Barn, Ann Taylor Loft, Famous Footwear and a Levi Store. A few misc stores. But it seems more shops are closed and out of business than there are open shops. It's just not worth it to me to frequent this mall. I would rather go to Centerra across the freeway where it is bustling and beautiful. There is a Cracker Barrel open near the Outlet Mall. It is not exactly easy on easy off of I25 either. Though there is plenty of parking and even room for RV's it just feels sad to shop there.
This might have once been a great place to shop; but now too many stores have closed. One side is almost completely empty. They have a gymboree and carter's, mens, womens, and underware store. I would skip this and go to Centerra.
Not many stores left here anymore. More of a ghost town with a few stores managing to hold on. My daughter and I came to Loveland for a "girls weekend" and were extremely disappointed in this place. Not worth stopping here at all unless you're looking for lots of exercise walking past empty store fronts or jogging across the huge empty parking lot to access what few stores are left. On a Saturday afternoon, this place was deserted. Very sad!! Like others have said....there's an outdoor mall across the interstate from this place that is absolutely incredible with tons of stores and wonderful bargains. Go there for a great shopping experience. RIP Loveland Outlet Mall.
there are many brand name outlet stores here. Also, many restaurants built very close by. You can eat most kinds of food & make purchases for everyone in just one stop!
I remember when the Loveland Outlet Stores first opened many local shoppers anticipated finding tremendous bargains. The original concept behind shopping at an outlet store was that it was like going to the back door of a name brand clothing factory and finding great deals on certain items the company wanted to get rid of cheaply. In reality the bargains weren't that great and the original shopping area is now about half vacant. East Loveland has grown and now has many nice big stores and restaurants on both sides of I-25 but the original Outlet Stores are tucked away down a hard-to-find entrance road. There are several good stores there with quality merchandise and good prices but as a whole the original Outlet mall is hurting.
Great place for kids clothes, not much else for variety. No good restaurants within walking distance, nice to get in and out though with a full car of back to school clothes!
There were a few decent stores here. Most of the outlet mall was empty. It did not look as though it was being kept up well. I've been to much better outlet malls.
