Off season and terrible weather I thought for sure id be stuck in our hotel all day. Went to lake george olive oil co and was surprised when they let us try whatever we wanted! All out bottles were filled to order once we found the ones we loved (which was a difficult choice because there are so many) the staff was helpful and knowledgeable and I even got some early Christmas shopping done!. Can't wait to go back.

My friend and I stopped in because we both love the varieties of vinegars and oils. It's tucked in a back room of a coffee/gelato shop. There are small bottles of the product that you pour into tiny cups and then sample. If you buy the products, the attendant pours your amount from the large vats above.The amazing tastes are so different it was fun. Sadly, there was no bread to clear our palate but it didn't stop us from enjoying our many samples. I bought peach white balsamic vinegar and he bought the pomegranate balsamic vinegar. The oils were equally delicious but the vinegars were the winners.

We were on a girls weekend getaway! And I noticed the sign for tastings here! I love olive oil, and balsamic vinegars! Not to mention they are good for you! So I had to drag the girls in, to get them to try! I never knew that there were so many flavors! They even had chocolate balsamic (didn't like it)! I was glad to have bread to get it off my palate...Lol! They offer a huge variety of Balsamic Vinegars, and Olive Oils!! One of my favorites were the Pomegranate Balsamic, and another was the Chipotle Olive Oil! I bought a bottle of the Pomegranate Balsamic, and a bottle of the Chipotle Olive oil! I use the Pomegranate often, and wish that I had bought a couple more! Looking forward to returning, soon!
