elite spa

I have been to Elite Day Spa four times and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. This last time I was so dissapointed. When you walk in the door you are usually greeted with a receptionist that is friendly and asks you if you would like a drink and a warm neck wrap. This time I was not asked if I would like either one. I was told to have a sit. After 45 min of waiting I asked nicely if it would be much longer. The receptionist said she had not even seen the massage lady yet. Again I sat while she called her. It seemed that the receptionist the day before either texted the wrong massage person or didnt call her at all. I was told she could be there in another 45 minutes. I told her I was very upset . It was my birthday and I was so looking forward to a relaxing experience and now I am stressed. I went for a ride because the spa is 20 minutes away from my house. I came back in 45 minutes. The massage lady was very nice and gave a awesome massage. I was happy for that. The only thing they did for my inconvenience was take 10 dollars off. This was definitely not enough. I was so disappointed with my experience. I go there because of the totally TLC it use to have. I will be searching for a new spa....

I have been a client here for quite sometime. I have had some wonderful massages by Jane and she is amazing. I have also done spray tanning as well and Dani has never disappointed me. What now has me disappointed is the lack of management skill lately. Dani has left like some many other great professional ppl that have worked here and the management has become a bit overwhelmed. I have had appointments cancelled on several occasions with no more that 4 hour notice and in some cases the choices I was given did not fit my schedule. Now policy is you are charged if u don't give 24 hour notice but I guess this does not apply to them. My observation the last time I was in there was that the staff is not very happy anymore and we're openly discussing it with each other. It really is sad because this was the only place I would go. I have recommended this spa to a dozen or more ppl because of the professional staff and efficiency of the business. I only hope the comment is taken to help them get back to the GREAT spa they were. The spot is beautiful and the the spa it self makes u feel like u r home. They offer little snacks and beverages and warm wraps when u arrive . A very nice touch most places don't offer. On a whole the staff is always professional and the spa is always spotless.

Ive have 100s of massages here. Its truly the only place I go. Ive had couples and solo massages here. Gone for girls day and me days. Always amazing and perfect. Not to pricey either.
