This is such a beautiful part of Rochester, MA. It is idyllic for Fall foliage photography with a wide selection of subjects and scenery to photograph. Leonard's pond is probably one of the beautiful places to photograph.

The trails are on even terrain that will bring you by a pond, creek, through the meadows and into the woods. There still stands and old grist mill. Be aware of ticks year round. Dog friendly but must be leashed and cleaned up after as it the farm is still in operation. During summer season you can get a treat of yummy ice cream. The reservation and parking are free.

On Leonard's Pond, the farm gleaming with yellow buildings is so storybook picture like. Quiet country area. Perfect for that Sunday ride with the family. Very relaxing. Easy trail to walk, farmstand and they even had ice cream!

Very pretty area - the trails are well maintained and marked - nice parking area too. Dogs must be leashed. You can walk on the open trails or go into a wooded area as well.

Quaint, scenic,tranquil....a fun place to walk for the whole family.

This reservation is beautiful. Signage and large map in parking lot, along with paper maps with historical information about the farm and reservation for visitors. Dogs must be on leash and picked up after as they have ground nesting birds in the fields/meadows. Beautiful stone walls, built centuries ago. The meadows are full of wildflowers and grasses, attracting many butterflies and birds. The air is clean with a woodsy aroma. The walk consists of about 10' wide mowed areas around and between the fields, All areas are fairly flat, so I'd say this is an accessible walk, ok for motorized scooter with ample ground clearance, but it would be difficult to push a wheelchair. We walked about a mile and did not explore all of the paths, maybe half. Most in the sun, so wear a hat. We saw a very large turkey, standing proudly in the sun on one of the walls. Wish they had a bench or two to just sit and enjoy the serenity. If you like the outdoors and enjoy a peaceful place, check this place out!
