Captain Joe is charming, knowledgeable and made our 3 hour sail fun and relaxing. He even made homebaked cookies, banana bread and brownies for us! We would definitely recommend taking the time to sail with him. It's a real treat.

The best sailing experience!!! We had such an amazing time with Captain Joe. Not even the threats of thunderstorms and bad weather stopped us. We ended up having the best weather with warmth and a slight breeze. Captain Joe provide a wealth of information and we even had a beautiful sunset to end the night. He was funny and had impeccable hospitality even humoring my husband behind the wheel for some time. We can't wait to go back again and again! Thank you so much for a wonderful experience.

Our family very much enjoyed a day sail with Captain Joe. He was very accommodating and flexible with our schedule and despite the not so great weather, really made our trip memorable and fun. We enjoyed learning about sailing and navigation and each took a turn behind the wheel. After a few Tacks and Jibes, our sailing confidence grew. The Voila is in very good shape and quite comfortable for us. Captain Joe was very good with communications. We never had a doubt or worry throughout. Though Worton is a little "off the beaten path", it's worth the brief drive through the Maryland Eastern Shore farmlands to this little gem of a Harbor for a day sail with Captain Joe.

Want to enjoy being on the water without worries? I highly recommend hiring Captain Joe for the ultimate sailing experience! Sailing with Captain Joe was fun and relaxing. We started the summer off with a friends sailing trip . Captain Joe has a knack for making us feel very welcomed and is a terrific host! He shared his bird watching expertise as we sailed passed nests and other sights. I recommend sitting in the front (bow) part of the boat to enjoy the views and wonderful breeze.

Memorial Day weekend 2014. We booked an overnight charter to celebrate a milestone birthday for our sister-in-law and as the first charter for me and my wife in many years. We totally agree with the other reviews written here --- Joe Musike is a great captain with a high quality boat. He is incredibly knowledgeable and skillful. He is actually much more than a captain and operator of the boat. He's a gracious and thoughtful host who makes sure you have a super experience. It is easy to establish a rapport with him that makes you feel like friends. Joe lets you define your experience, whether you want to kick back and relax or take the helm and learn sailing. The attached picture shows my wife at the helm as the sun sets. Joe was there to answer her questions about the radar and chart plotter but he let her handle the boat as she wanted to. We had a wonderful trip. We had a very nice dinner celebration aboard the boat. We enjoyed relaxing in the cockpit gazing at the sky and stars and the next morning we had a wonderful breakfast again in the cockpit. Eventually though it was time to leave -- this trip definitely ended too soon.

We love sailing but hadn't gone in years and were itching to get back to it. We also love birdwatching. I often curse Facebook ads, but when Captain Joe's ad for sailing charters during bird migration popped up one day it really caught my eye. So I guess I'll never curse another Facebook ad again - because of that ad, our family spent a gorgeous October day out on the Chesapeake Bay sailing with Captain Joe on his beautiful boat, completely relaxed and at ease. Joe has a great personality, made us feel very comfortable, provided some tasty snacks and a few Bald Eagle sightings! The wind didn't cooperate until the end of the day, but it was still great just to be out there. This was our first captained charter and it was perfect! We'll definitely be heading back to sail with Joe in the future.

We charted a trip with Experience Sail to celebrate our birthdays and anniversary. We thought the trip would also be a unique way to show my in-laws from Florida what Maryland's Eastern Shore has to offer. I've lived in Delaware my entire life and have been on chartered sails in many towns. This experience with Captain Joe was, without a doubt, the best sailing excursion I've had in my 42 years! We were lucky with the weather, sunny and mid 70s, but I'd sail with Captain Joe in whatever Mother Nature had to offer. His skills as a Captain and Sailor are outstanding. He was personable and very professional. The sailboat is outstanding, very stable on a windy day with plenty of room for all of us onboard. Captain Joe provided very nice snacks and had non-alcoholic beverages at the ready. His knowledge of the area is outstanding! We were able to see a few Bald Eagles our this trip and I hope to see more when we go back this fall! My in-laws had a great time and couldn't stop talking about how much fun the trip was on our ride home!If you are looking for something fun to do on the Upper Eastern Shore, Experience Sail is the place to go! It's easy to find, probably less than 45 minutes from 95. If your are from the Philly area, please give this a try! It's tough to beat a day sailing on the Chesapeake Bay, especially with Captain Joe!

Everyone in my family really had a fantastic time with Captain Joe on his beautiful sailboat. Captain Joe was generous enough to donate the sail as a silent auction item at a Red Cross fundraiser, and we were lucky enough to win the auction! The food was fantastic too! I look forward to many future sails with Captain Joe.
